This property was exactly what we wanted--beachfront, balcony, easy access to the pool, and close drive to Rosemary, Inlet, and plenty of places to eat. One small thing to note is that this condo is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs to navigate when bringing luggage, coolers, beach bags, kids, etc. upstairs. We were fine with it, but some people may have trouble navigating.

We’re thrilled to hear that our beachfront condo met your expectations, Katie! It sounds like you made the most of the balcony and enjoyed the easy access to the pool. We love that you found the location convenient for exploring nearby Rosemary and Inlet, as well as the dining options. We appreciate your note about the stairs to the top floor. While the view is definitely worth the climb, we understand that it can be a bit of a workout, especially with all the beach gear. Thank you for sharing that insight. We hope to welcome you back for another stay soon, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings once again!

Overall, we had a good stay. The location was perfect, with great access to the beach and private pool. Unfortunately, the internet and TVs did not work for the first two days, which was frustrating. There were also a large number of lovebugs that got inside the house and made it impossible to enjoy either balcony. Once the internet and TV issues were resolved, everything was great. Despite the inconveniences, we really enjoyed the location and amenities. The view of the beach is amazing.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with us, Katie. It’s wonderful to hear that you loved the location and the amazing beach view. We understand how frustrating it can be when the internet and TVs don’t work as expected, especially at the start of your stay. We’re glad those issues were resolved, but we’re sorry for the inconvenience they caused. As for the lovebugs, they can be quite persistent at times, and we wish they hadn’t interrupted your enjoyment of the balconies. Thank you for your understanding, and we’re thrilled that you still found joy in the amenities and the beautiful surroundings. We hope to welcome you back for another stay where everything goes smoothly from the start!

Everyone enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Beautiful ocean scenery. Close to the pool and just steps to the beach. The host were wonderful helping with our needs. There was only one issue. A lot of stairs for older folks. But we managed. We recommend Ramsgate 48. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Love this property. It was not in the middle of the busy and was able to relax and not worry about the teenagers going to the beach and back to the room.

Well appointed, steps to the beach.

Beautifully renovated and decorated unit steps from a quiet beach. I’ve stayed in several Ramsgate units and this is by far the best. Unit was clean, beds were comfortable, location was quiet and the views were stunning. I’ll be back!

Great place to stay!

We loved staying here! It was perfect! Love being so close to the beach! Condo looked newly remodeled & everything was clean. Beds are comfy, kitchen was well stocked. Went across the street to Winn Dixie for any needed groceries. Looked through a couple of the books on the bookshelf at the top of the stairs. Thank you for the beach lounge chairs! We would love to stay here again!

Beach vacation

This condo was perfect for a three day beach vacation with our adult children. Beautiful view from balcony and close to the pool. The beach was sparsely populated and pristine. The condo was spacious and there was plenty of space and storage. The only negatives were the tiny coffeemaker and the sliding doors that had broken screens and poor locks.

Spring Break 2022

It has been many years since we stayed at Ramsgate and it did not disappoint. We loved being closer to the pool than in past years. We did have to purchase the second parking pass and could have used a few more staples….. salt and pepper, scissors, and matches. All in all it was a great stay and we will be back!

Overall a very good experience. The blender did not work in this condo & it would have been nice if the ice machine worked
