Nicole, We want to apologize for the experience you had during your stay with our new check-in process. We understand that no family wants to have any missed time for their vacation and are glad that the agent who assisted you was able to quickly resolve the issue and get you the proper access code. We apologize that the Jade East resort did not meet your expectations with on-site amenities. Jade East is located in the heart of Destin, and within walking distance, there are a variety of restaurants as well as being located across the highway from the Big Kahunas Water & Adventure Park! We do wish you would have addressed any housekeeping concerns with us during your stay so we could have addressed the cleaning issues promptly. We have discussed this with our housekeeping staff to ensure this won’t happen again and we appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention as well as the review of the unit! We hope you will consider ResortQuest for your future beach vacation.

We make every attempt to have every unit ready by 4 pm but high arrival weekends in June and July it can be difficult. We have taken steps to ensure a better housekeeping and maintenance pre-check of units before we release units to our guests.
