Let this jaw-dropping condo at Sterling Shores Resort be your next home base to explore and truly enjoy Florida! Offering a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a private balcony to admire the water views, comfortable furnishings all over, and access to many shared, on-site amenities, Sterling Shores is exactly what you've been looking for. Sterling Shores resort features everything you would need on your beach getaway, such as lagoon and oasis styled pools, a fitness center, a community grill area, and even a seasonal poolside snack shack to fill up on goodies. What’s nearby: Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. Looking to hit the Links? Check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country club. The Track is a short mile away and offers fun for all ages! Challenge your friends to a go-karts race or maybe share some laughs at the bumping cars section. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

Great location, comfortable beds, good set up, clean unit, & close to beach access & restaurants. Only issue we had was the on-going construction that was as loud as a jet engine

The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had beautiful views of the ocean. I am giving it a lower rating because of the following: 1. The price you pay is not worth it - the host expects you to strip bedsheets, run the dishwasher, and take out the garbage when you checkout. At this price point, you are better off staying at a hotel. 2. The laundry room smelled terrible - like a homeless person was there and didn't leave. We were unable to find the source of the smell and it lingered. 3. The kitchen was minimally stocked - basic necessities but not enough to cook food, make coffee, etc4. The bathtub takes a long time for the hot water to heat up. Definitely a good property to stay in but not worth the price.

Spacious condo in a great location

This condo has plenty of space for family, friends, and luggage. The location is great as it is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment.

November 2016 Stay

Condo experience was great. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the beach was a short walk. We could not have had a better time. Condo location is convenient to restaurants (Back Porch across the street on the beach) and shopping. Parking is very accessible to the unit. Grounds were well maintained.

Looking forward to our return!

We've stayed at Sterling Shores the past 3 years and we will return. First time in room #712. Great view of the beach and pool area. Near the elevators is a plus. The only issue we had was the refrigerator took 1 full day to cool so we had to make arrangements for our groceries.

We do apologize for the refridgerator seeming to cool slowly, however, it can take 72 hours for an empty refridgerator to catch up to being full all at once. My only advice for the future would be to be sure to remove any packaging for drinks such as cartons and such as these slow the cooling process down tremendously. July 2018 Stay

Very nice unit and the grounds are well maintained. 7th time at Sterling Shores and will return. The TV in the back bedroom needs upgrading and all the pillows in the unit need replaced. Very nice furnishings and the decor is lovely. Very well stocked re kitchen, start up items and loved the abundance of towels! For a party of 8 this unit was perfect! Lots of room and more than enough seating! I highly recommend and will book this unit again if available!

July 2017 Stay

We've stayed at Sterling Shores the past 3 years and we will return. This was our first stay in room #712. It has a great view of the beach and pool area. Near the elevator. The only issue we had was the refrigerator took 1 full day to cool so we had to make other arrangements for our groceries. Also, we noticed several towels were being hung over the balcony which makes the property look a bit messy, in the past years it wasn't allowed. Looking forward to our return! Thank you.

Perfect family condo and location

We had 2 adults and three older teens. The location is ideal. Quick walk to pool, beach, candy shop and a restaurant. Quick drive to grocery, Walmart, liquor stores etc. the Publix grocery store makes awesome sub sandwiches, we rented a pontoon boat and went to Crab Island for the day, we grilled at the gas grills down by the pool, went to the Harbor for shops, meals and live music at night, great Mexican food at Pepitos, good meals at the Back Porch. Tips: Restaurants get busy starting at 5pm. Some had 2 hour waits! Wish I had known we needed to bring beach towels (we bought some at Walmart). And the condo was well supplied with dishes, glasses, pots and pans. But has NO other supplies. You’ll need TP, paper towels, and if you cool you’ll need everything: oil, seasonings, foil, coffee, filters, They give you enough D/W and laundry and dish soap for a day or two . Just need to prepare for a trip to the grocery if you’re staying for a week! Really great condo. Comfy beds, clean. Would recommmend.

To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. While the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like spices, oils, and coffee are not typically stocked in the home. Due to Covid-19, we have taken extra precautions not to supply items that cannot be properly sanitized between guests. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your time with us. We hope to welcome you back again in the future!

Beautiful property and a great stay with a few things needing addressed

This beautiful three bedroom/ three bathroom condo was very spacious for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids. It was a very easy walk across the street to the beach and The Back Porch restaurant. There were two pools, one beachfront, and one in front of the condo. The one in front of the condo was huge and had a zero entry children’s side with a mushroom style fountain to play under. The kitchen was well-stocked. We had everything that we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We did have an issue initially getting into the condo at check in due to the door code not working. This took four phone calls and a couple of hours to resolve through Vacasa because the lobby/ front desk wasn’t able to be reached (due to Covid I’m guessing). It was eventually reset and we were able to access the condo for the rest of the stay. A few other areas need to be looked into. The carpets were very dirty and in need of a deep cleaning or replacement. One area of carpet in one bedroom was pulling up, which was a trip hazard. The couch was also in need of a good cleaning. The dryer probably needs a new start switch as we had trouble getting it to run at first each time. The televisions were a challenge to turn on and get the cable going each time. We had to unplug and plug them in again a few times before they would work. Despite the initial check in and a few minor issues , it was a very nice stay and we would definitely go again!
