Enjoy fabulous sunrises and astounding unobstructed ocean views from this open-plan beachfront townhome home in the popular Ocean Mile Community! You can't get any closer to the sandy shores or better views than this, where the sea is like another room in the house. Located in the Island's popular East End neighborhood, Ocean Mile H-6 is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the multi-use path connecting the entire Island, St. George State Park, and the Lighthouse Museum. Guests can enjoy two large community swimming pools with sun decks lounge chairs and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach.
The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill, and is close to the community pool. The first level features an open living/dining/kitchen area, a deck, as well as a half bathroom. Stretch out on the comfy Large sectional sofa which also converts into a sleeping couch for 2 persons, while you drink in the views or watch TV.
