The Space:

Huntington by the Sea is a well-kept secret among those who come to Destin to vacation. It is located at the end of a quiet road nestled between a lily-pad-filled pond and its own private beach next to the emerald coast waters.



This beachfront is an end condo and is located on the second floor near the stairs and the elevator. The floor-to-ceiling windows and doors in the living area and the main bedroom provide expansive views of the emerald coast waters. Custom drapes allow for more privacy when wanted. Guests will enjoy the open concept with a well-equiped kitchen that is tastefully decorated with granite counter countertops, coordinating subway tile, and fresh white cabinets.



The dining area features a glass-topped table with regal chairs, and the large granite bar seats three more in fun, contemporary bar stools. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, a recliner, a swivel stuffed chair, and two cushioned rattan chairs. You can enjoy the large TV or the views of the emerald coast. The bookcases are stocked with several books, games, puzzles, and playing cards for your enjoyment.



The glass doors lead to a beachfront balcony with a table and five chairs. The main bedroom features a raised bed, TV, swivel stuffed chair, private bath, and access to the balcony.



The guest room includes a window with plantation shutters, accent chair, small TV, and access to the full hall bath. Each room includes a ceiling fan and tile floors. Huntington by the Sea 207 is located on a floor with laundry facilities.



Amenities include a beachfront swimming pool, sundeck, and grills. Grand Harbor, Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Outlet, and San Destin Spa are all conveniently located near this condo providing for delicious dining experiences, ultimate shopping opportunities, theaters, zip-lining, and more. Destin Commons is also less than four miles away and offers a multiplex theater and more shopping and dining experiences. Large beach stores are just a short walk away.

Complimentary beach service of two chairs and an umbrella is available seasonally with your reservation.

*There will be on going exterior restoration at the neighboring condo building until August 2025. Guests may experience an excess of noise during working hours.*

Place had great space for our family, was well kept, and fit our needs perfectly. Views were great and property, beach services were very friendly and helpful! Peaceful area, and would highly recommend!

Great location, clean, quiet, easy beach walk to a wonderful restaurant, off the beaten path of most Destin vacationers. Great walking and bike paths are available. Walk to the grocery store.

Beautiful condo with beautiful views from the balcony, living room, & master suite! The condo was fully furnished with everything we needed! Beds were comfy with an amazing view from the master suite! Easy beach access just a few steps away with beach setup provided- which was amazing!! We will be returning to this condo!

this is a nice low rise 31 unit building nestled between a pond and the gulf. classic FL beach experience. great view from this corner unit. well stocked and in nice condition.

Ideal Destin Getaway – Beachfront, Spotless, and Well-Located

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Destin! The waterfront location was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the beach. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Another big plus was the convenient location—just a short drive to a grocery store, making it easy to stock up on essentials, and close to the outlet shopping center for some great shopping options. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a mix of beach and city conveniences, this place is a perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Great condo. Can’t get a better view of the beach. Have stayed here twice now and hope to come back next year. Only downside is no hairdryer. I’ll pack one next year.

The property is lovely. I wish I had known what type of coffee maker was available. Also, think my request fir earlier check in at 3PM should have been easy to offer as the facility was not full when we arrived.

Amazing, Will Be Back!

Beautiful inside, exactly as pictured. It's an end unit with a large patio like area at front door, which was unexpected but nice to have. Very quiet, relaxing place to be - both the unit & property. Just a couple of issues - Wi-Fi connection was very spotty while we were there, and couldn't figure out how to work the TVs. Granted we weren't there to watch TV but I was trying to find local stations to keep up with the weather, never had any success. How To Guide would've been nice. Great place to stay, and I will again!!

condo was fine, but refrigerator ice make too noisy and no one responded to our request for assistance, so turned it off and bought ice instead. Also no kleenex or extra garbage bags or salt and pepper which one expects.
