This bright, sixth-floor retreat is an ideal retreat for your next beach vacation, complete with all the comforts of home and an unbeatable oceanfront location. White-sand beaches and tropical ocean breezes await just downstairs, and on-site amenities include two saltwater pools, a poolside bar, a hot tub, and a fitness room.

Step out to the balcony each morning to start the day with a cup of coffee and an ocean breeze. When you get hungry, head inside to make breakfast in the full, well-equipped kitchen. Grab a bite at the dining table or breakfast bar, then head out to explore. After a day on the sand, cool off at home in the central air-conditioning and toss the dayā€™s beach clothes in the washer/dryer for a quick refresh. If you don't feel like cooking dinner, why not let a professional chef take care of it? A number of fantastic local dining options are just a short walk from home. In the evenings, unwind with a little TV in the living room.

The home was very clean. Great view and balcony. Good customer service. Kitchen isn’t very stocked as far as cooking meals in condo but updated.

Nice place with great views.

Very usable space with nice views and comfy furniture to relax after diving all day. Extra fee for parking could have been better advertised.

Pros: The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean. It is in a good location, with beautiful ocean views and easy beach access. Cons: There is a 40 parking fee not disclosed until after booking. The second day of our stay I found standing water in the laundry room and a bucket that had clearly been catching water for some time. The host sent maintenance and told us the AC unit could not be repaired so they kicked the breaker to the unit. We were given a portable AC unit, but it was so loud we could not comfortably use the living room, it blocked access to the balcony and beach view, and it did not cool the back bedrooms well. I also tried to use the beach chairs and umbrella listed as included, only to be told they were no longer provided and the listing had not been updated. The host did offer reimbursement if I rented the chairs on my own and submitted a receipt.We later discovered the master bathroom shower was leaking into the closet wall, so we stopped using it. I notified the host, who said maintenance would come, but no one ever showed up.These felt like ongoing maintenance problems that had been ignored. A new group of guests was checking in after we left, yet the AC still was not repaired and the shower was still leaking.
