The Space:

Extensively renovated and updated, this vacation home has a beautiful interior to match the magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico and the tropical gardens and pools. The primary suite, guest bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating where you can enjoy the Emerald Coast's beautiful sunsets.



A402 is tastefully decorated in peaceful and relaxing coastal colors throughout. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals at the dining table. This beautiful condo offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations and is one of the few units to offer a private door to the kids' bunk room which also offers a TV and DVD player, ensuring a quiet room for kids of all ages. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, large TV, and a DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary suite features a king bed, while the guest suite has a queen bed. Both rooms have a TV and a DVD player, plus an en suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and a garden tub.

Beach service is included from March to October.



All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Overall had a wonderful stay! Lazy river pool was so much fun! 2 hot tubs were also great. Gate code didn’t work and was hard to get in touch with a rep.

Great for the small family

Wonderfully clean property. Something to do as far as swimming for all age ranges. Great access to the beach with included chairs and umbrella. This is our 4th trip to waterscape and we'll return again.

Complete relaxation

Perfect family vacation!

Absolutely perfect! The views, staff, cleanliness, and location! The ONLY thing I would change would be the beds. Not very comfy and very springy but a mattress pad could easily fix that! We will be back for sure and I’ll be counting down the days until then!

Great getaway

The communication with the rental agent was top notch. The dryer wasn’t working efficiently so they came picked up the laundry and returned it. The staff and even patrons living there were very helpful and informative. This property is differently worth a return visit.

Perfect family getaway

Waterscape is a fantastic resort property. A402 is in a great location with views of both the gulf and the pool areas. It had everything we needed for a family getaway. The kids enjoyed the pool and splash pad and lazy river though the water was a little too cool still for me. The heated pool was nice though. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. We received emails from the owner with all info we needed and check in instructions. We look forward to reserving our next vacation here again.

First family vacation

Great location and amenities! Pools and splash pad were astounding for the kids and the Property management was responsive and helpful every time we needed them after check in. A little tough to open communication about early check in coming into it, but it was all understandable. My advice is to rent an extra day ahead and do as early a check in as possible if you find yourself driving through the night to get there.

Overall very good experience.I would suggest the unit be gone over by a maintenance person.Squeeky doors,both shower doors are hard to open and close.Door locks inoperative.All minor but also easy for a good maintenance man to fix.

Wonderful unit

I was thrilled with this unit. The decor was just my style. The kitchen had everything we needed. The walk from the parking garage was long, but the view from the balcony was worth it. I hope to get the chance to rent this again in the future. The only actual problem I had was that the dryer took a really long time. It got hot enough, so perhaps there is an airflow issue? Other than that, everything was terrific!

Overall good stay and decent condo

The grounds were beautiful and the pools were amazing for the kids. The condo was pretty clean and the beds were mostly comfortable. The view of the ocean and pool area are wonderful! Our negatives would be that the coffee pot type should be clarified in the listing. I was expecting a Keurig but it was a standard coffee pot. The dryer does not dry well. It takes forever. The pull out couch bed is not comfortable for sleeping adults. The beach/umbrella system is the absolute worst! It’s first come, first serve, every single day. The guys working it, are wonderful but the system is terrible. I don’t go on vacation to have to get up at 6am every morning to stand on the beach in a particular spot and to have to fight over a place to sit! Mind you, the guys don’t start setting up til 7:30/8 but you have to go that early just to get a decent spot. The resort seriously needs to fix that situation or we won’t come back for that reason alone!

Beautiful view but way overcrowded!!

I'm not one to complain and usually gives the benefit of the doubt but I felt the need to say something about this vacation. First of all, beautiful view! Condo was clean. Needs a new washer/dryer unit. Wasn't working properly but management corrected the problem somewhat. Owners need to get a thicker mattress topper or better yet a brand new mattress. You could feel the spring coils in your back. Worst sleep ever! If you're looking for a spacious and relaxing condo, this is not it! Overcrowded on the beach is an understatement. The beach chairs would be sit up in giant U shape with guests having to get down to the beach at 6:45 or sooner just to get a view for the day and even heard arguing over who wasn't getting that chair spot....ridiculous!! People were so inconsiderate and would literally sit up a tent in the middle and in front of the condo's beach chairs. Not to mention people playing their loud music and drinking heavily. The overall lack of respect for each other was terrible. We've been coming to Okaloosa for several years and I've never had this experience before. Take my advice, stay at one of the condos down the way, you'll be much happier!
