Location and the beach was really great. Pool was located right on the beach and it was an easy walk to the beach. Love that there was not a lot of traffic and the crowds were not bad. AC was amazing but the refrigerator needs some help, it seems like things did not get cold enough and I would check your cleaning crew because they left behind a few things in the oven and other places. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place. Thanks so much we had a great time.

The condo itself was exactly as pictured — very nice, clean, and well maintained. We were happy with the unit and overall stay once we got settled in.The only issue was the check-in process, which was confusing even after I reached out for clarification beforehand. The instructions made it sound like the key would be picked up at the same location as the parking pass, but in reality you need to stop at the condo management office first to get the key before going to the condo. Clearer instructions upfront would have made arrival much smoother.

When I first walked in I immediately noticed an odor and that it looked like it was furnished from a yard sale. The mattresses were not in any way suitable to sleep in. The master bedroom mattress was leaning. If you didn’t have back problems, you did after sleeping on that. The shower in the master bedroom did not drain. I tried calling the numbers that were provided to me several times with no answer. The WiFi did not work. The towels and wash clothes provided were so rough and had a smell. The table on patio was old and dirty looking. I feel as much as I paid to stay there that a good mattress would have been nice, seeing I was on vacation.

Sandy Key Weekend

We stayed at Sandy Key because relatives are owners and we went to visit. Property is better than expected, especially after last year's storm. Unit was nice. Only complaint is that beds need upgrade. Mattresses thin and uncomfortable.

Beautiful View! Quiet, clean, and roomy!

This rental is perfect for families with small children or anyone with limited mobility as it is only a few steps from the elevator. Beautiful view of the beach and pool! Property and condo was very clean and quiet. Only complaints are the master mattress is very thin and not overly comfortable and the unit is a keyed unit and one of the two keys we got did not work.

Property manager emailed the wrong check in instructions,we had to leave the property to retrieve our keys after we were half unpacked. In the unit, the balcony was dirty, the ice machine didn't work, couldn't find a can opener, the dryer door was rusted out, the furniture was bad the couch and chair were lumpy, the beds have a giant crater in the middle of them. I realize you don't go to the beach to sleep but it sure helps chasing kids. I had to call the property manager for everything, WiFi, trash, and even checkout instructions.... They provided none through vrbo. The condo complex is awesome, great beach and pool, kid central. Just wish I had a different unit.

Who wouldn't enjoy the beach!

The view was beautiful and the condo was good, but the carpet in the bedroom I stayed in was so dirty, and the bed was a 5. Also, the air conditioner was so loud and had a water drip sound that drove me crazy while trying to fall asleep. The air conditioner unit was right next to my bedroom. But, the rest of the condo was comfortable, clean and pleasent.

Review

The property was in a good location and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The condo floorplan was great. The issues we had were the hide-a-bed couch was in poor condition and was difficult to fold out/in. The bathtub plugs in both bathrooms were broken and laying on the side of the tubs. The paint was peeling in large pieces off the bedroom doors. There was dried mucous on the master bath wall which we reported and were told it would be cleaned, but never was. The pool was closed due to repairs and this was not disclosed to us at the time of the rental agreement. Thankfully, the other pool was in use and was very nice. I think these issues could easily be fixed and overall it is a nice place to stay.
