Lovely setting off beach. On the river just across from the beach with beautiful views. It was extremely clean and pleasant and I enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed staying here for our vacation. The property is beautiful. There was some sidewalk (deck) maintenance going on but I’m sure that will be completed quickly. The access to the bay was so close! Sunsets were beautiful. I was also very thankful for the crosswalk light that allows you to cross across to the beach side. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owner made everything easy! We are looking forward to going back in the future.

Jeff you are very welcome and most definitely come stay with us again. A lot of people don't realize that we have a secure place for your boat, and you can see your boat from the back patio when it's in the boat slip. We have piers available for fishing and crabbing.

Good family time

Good location, especially if you have a boat or little kids fishing in the morning. Owner was very responsive to texts. Enjoyed our visit.

Our piers are great for fishing (licensed required) and we have a nice little area to clean your catch. Thank You Sam, for taking the time to write a review on my Condo. My goal is to make my guest feel right at home during their vacation. My place is usually booked for family vacations, I really know how specially that is for them. We are very unique when it comes to Condo's. We sit on 10 acres of land. You can go fishing off the pier or go to our private beach on the gulf. We have two pools, plus a place to park your boat. We are in walking distance from FloraBama. It really makes me happy when people enjoy their stay. Thanks Again Sam!

I do appreciate that you rated my condo. I know your stay was during the 4th of July week. I think that is the most popular rental week. We are in walking distance to a couple of popular places, #1 is the Flora-Bama restaurant/ Night club. They are known to have the best musicians that play there. During the summer, they have 2 to 4 stages playing different types of live music. July 4th the best firework show to see! Across the street they have rentals for jet ski, boat, boat tours, parasailing You name it you can find it there, liquor store. They also have two extra restaurants across the street. We have a Waffle House walking back to the Condo. If you love to walk on the beach, the gulf is right there also. We own our beach, so it is not as pack as other places are. I'm telling you all of this, just in case you don't feel like getting out in the traffic, during the busiest vacation week. My Condo makes you feel at home. A very relaxing atmosphere. Differently a lot to offer at Needle Rush Point.

I appreciate your review. People always like my back patio. It is facing Ono Island. Very peaceful atmosphere, is what guest have said about my Condo. Needle Rush Point has a lot to offer our guests. Over 12 acres of land, our own private beach, 2 pools, boatyard, 2 of our piers have boat slips .

Only negative was the Living Room TV remote did not work, but we didn't drive 13 hours to watch TV.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. Best parts were fishing off the dock and having a pool on the gulf side and bay side. It was clean and it was so easy communicating with the owner. We’ll be back

Our Bay side pool has a wonderful touch of quietness and privacy. My condo has a reputation of feeling like home from the moment guest arrive and walk in. Flora Bama Visit

We had a great time with a prefect setting sitting on the back porch looking out into the river was unbelievable. We where within walking distance of the Flora a Bama a great property was not disappointed

Thank you for your review. The private balcony is an added bonus to the condo. You can see the famous ONO Island and sunset views over Old River. It can be a very peaceful morning or evening watching the dolphins or the sunset. FloraBama is a great time and definitely within walking distance.

Wonderful getaway spot

The owner of this property is so easy to work with and the property was perfect. We stayed here over Halloween with our young kids and they were so helpful and friendly in answering all our questions. The place is gorgeous and spacious.
