Inside you'll find a bright interior simply flooded with natural light thanks to the viewing windows that face the gorgeous ocean. The living area invites you in to curl up by the fireplace with a good book or to take in a movie on the TV above the mantle. The stay was great, fantastic view and just about anything that you’ll need in the kitchen is available. The only negative I have is that the TV in the lounge were way to small for the room and difficult to watch and the carpets in the rooms were old and dirty.

As I realize this property is for sale, it could use a bit of updating. Im not sure if it was an electrical issue or the bulbs but the lights flickered in the main bathroom after cutting on, then once they were turned off the lamp next to bed would flicker! One can light in the living room would go in and out continuously. The remotes to tv's probably need to be replaced. I know you arent at the beach to watch tv , but they could be bigger and user friendly. The shelf in the fridge door fell and broke the one under it. Im hoping im not charged for that! Over all, nice place , just didnt have that homey feel ive had at other places.

There is absolutely no internet access. The code I was given was incorrect to get in so it took us a while to get in the gate and took us a while to get in the place. We were unable to watch TV and unable to use our computers to work on so we lost out on a lot of work.

Checking in was a little concerning because it didn’t come until a hour before check in. The house was clean but towels were left in the dryer. There are no spices, not even staples like salt or pepper. The access to the beach requires a walk so it’s not very close. I did appreciate not having to do a lot of cleaning before leaving which was appreciated. I’ve always felt it was wrong since we pay a cleaning fee but still have to clean so I appreciated they don’t require that tho I would never leave it too messy anyway. Other than that the view was ok. The furnishings were minimal but ok. I would suggest a throw for the living room. I would also suggest allowing to leave the gate key at the house. Having to stop to drop it off was a bit of an inconvenience. The neighborhood was quiet and private which is super nice!

Internet never worked and was not restored despite multiple contacts to vrbo vacasa and microcom. Very long door code and touchy keypad made entry very difficult each time we returned to the house. Multiple issues with property person who came to fix dryer and stove would not look at internet issue or nails on front porch that were a trip hazard. I should not have spent hours of my Vacation trying to get things fixed that should have been taken care of prior to our arrival.
