This property is situated in the beautiful Gulf Coast area known for its miles of powder-soft, sugar-white sand, sparkling emerald-green waters, and treasure trove of family-focused amusements.



Fishing is a fantastic family activity when vacationing here. Learn everything you need to know about charter boat fishing, inshore fishing on the back bays, renting and/or docking your own boat, visiting artificial reefs either by boat or diving excursion, and the types of fish you're likely to hook. Take your catch to one of our outstanding seafood restaurants where they'll prepare it for you. Or, make use of your property's fully equipped kitchen to serve up the bounty.



Golfers love the area, thanks to the nine signature golf courses within a short drive of the beach.

The balcony and ocean view were amazing. It was very relaxing to be able to eat our dinner on the balcony while watching the sunset each night. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay again.

Unit 1207 has been updated kitchen counter tops and the bathrooms were updated as well. The unit was clean in most areas however the master bathroom shower area has dark moldy looking spots. The beds squeaked when getting in and out making for a rather noisy nights sleep. The management company communicated very well and the checkin/out process went smooth. Overall enjoyable stay.

This was the worst vacation rental experiences we've ever had. We arrived to a unit that was dirty, run down, and clearly neglected. We found shredded drapes, broken blinds, torn window screens, thick dust, multiple wall gashes, and what appeared to be black mold or mildew covering the ceiling in the primary bathroom. I documented everything with photos and immediately contacted Avari Management.For the next three days, our vacation became a full-time effort to get help. I made multiple phone calls, sent repeated VRBO messages, and spent nearly three hours on the phone with VRBO requesting a refund so we could move to another property. We were repeatedly told maintenance would inspect the unit or repairs would be completed, yet every time we returned, nothing had changed. We also never received the promised calls from the local property manager.Instead of enjoying Orange Beach, we spent our vacation waiting, documenting problems, and chasing updates that never resulted in meaningful action. By Wednesday, we were so disappointed, disgusted, and discouraged that we abandoned the property and forfeited the remainder of our stay.The condition of the unit was unacceptable, but the complete lack of accountability and follow-through made the experience far worse. If you value a clean, well-maintained property and responsive management, I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

We LOVED this condo. Plenty of room for mom, dad, & 3 teenagers (13,15,16). It was so roomy, comfy, clean. The elevators were quick & the property was gorgeous. Would definitely love to stay here again one day!
