Other Things to Note:

Street parking is available via PayByPhone/ParkHero, and there are nearby public garages. The area is very walkable, so most guests won’t need a car.



While amenities are generally available, temporary closures may occur due to maintenance, events, or weather conditions. These are managed by building administration and are outside the host’s control. Downtown Miami is a rapidly developing area, and nearby construction activity or occasional road closures may be visible.



The building only offers valet parking at its own rates (no self-parking or assigned spots). For a cheaper option, there’s a nearby garage about a 5-minute walk away typically ~$27/day plus tax with unlimited in-and-out access, subject to availability confirmed on arrival.
