Hyggelig charmerende Miami 3 soveværelser 2 bad Pool Home. Inden for få minutter til strande, nem adgang til offentlig transport, inden for gåafstand til restauranter, barer. Afsondret i et sikkert charmerende kvarter med gamle spanske indflydelse type bungalow boliger blokerer væk fra historiske smukke Banyan Tree foret Coral Way. Hjemmet har 2 soveværelser og 1 bad i hovedhuset og 1 soveværelse 1 bad hyggeligt sommerhus forbundet med udendørs boligareal med grill.

Sabins place is awsome, location facilities it has it all the hole shabang .. great place. We enjoyed our week at the House 5 people No problems at all, cool pool area Cosy and Nice easy access from the airport.

Our stay was perfect. The location was central to everywhere we needed to be in the Miami area. Our host was incredibly gracious and accommodating! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make meals for 5 easily. The pool and outside seating areas were our favorite part, of course. It was just great to wind down after busy days. We would definitely recommend this property!

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is within walking distance to many great restaurants, and a short drive away from a Target and a Publix. The house and pool area were clean, charming, and comfortably furnished. The pool area had lots of seating that could be used during different times of the day—you could always find a comfortable spot either in or out of the sun. Our host was very responsive and had a detailed booklet with information about the property. We had a lovely stay and plan to return when we next visit Miami!

BEST STAY EVER!

The location was perfect and the owner was even better. Very communicative and truly provided all the answers to my questions w/o having to ask. Definitely read the house book sent before you ask any questions. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will 1000% be staying here again soon. Thank you so much! The pool is well kept and so is the rest of the house, very clean and easy to find. The directions for check in were spot on. They offered a lot of flexibility for us, so I’m grateful!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus in Miami. Das Haus war sehr sauber und super gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Alles war mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen (Strand, City, Supermarkt…). Einige Restaurants, Cafés konnte man zu Fuß (ca. 10 min) besuchen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Great location, relaxing house and super host

We were so happy with location, everything is really close and easy to get to. House is very nice and authentic, we really like that cosy relaxing feeling, we were reading books and trying to do some puzzles. Sabine is very nice host so helpful and always there to give you some good information.

Wedding Weekend Home Base

Our family was in Miami for our son's wedding and had a wonderful stay at this charming home... It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 young children with it's Casita and beautiful pool. The house is beautifully maintained and had all of the comforts of home. Sabin was a wonderful host and accessible if we needed anything. He provided lots of good information about restaurants and local places to get a taste of Miami's charm!

Very glad place to stay

We spent family vacations to refresh childhood memories in the old but still nice part of the Miami part of the city built by the Cubans. The house fits very well our family needs, including GrandMa (80+ limited mobility) and my son with special needs. Pool and back yard areas were very enjoyable, same the internal part of the house. Hunter will take care all your stay meet or exceed your expectations and makes all easy for you. Recommended to consider as strong option.

Great location and outdoor space

This was a great location close to restaurants, grocery stores etc. The best part of the rental is the pool and outdoor living space. We enjoyed the pool and ending our days together in the two covered outdoor seating areas. Sabin was great communicating info about the property, as well as giving ideas for restaurants and things to do. He was very responsive and just a text away if we needed anything. Our group was two couples in their 50's and my parents in their 70's. There was plenty of room for everyone. The casita was perfect for my parents, allowing them to turn in for the night whenever they were ready. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to cook meals. We were easily able to cook an Easter dinner. We will definitely stay again!

Relaxing week in Miami

I had a great time during my five days at Sabin’s home in Coral Way. The house is in a quiet residential area within walking distance to grocery stores and cafes. It was easy to grab a Lyft to/from the house, and I was able to rent a car nearby for part of my stay. Sabin is full of recommendations and is a responsive host. The pool area is just as fantastic as it looks in pictures—I spent a lot of time swimming, sunbathing, reading and relaxing in the private, fenced-in oasis.

Perfectly Peaceful

We spent a week at this lovely home and brought my MIL to see the ocean for the first time. The home was absolutely lovely and the addition of the casita was perfect. The neighborhood quiet with easy access to delicious restaurants/shopping. Pool was amazing and the extra outside seating was a bonus--to be able to work outside and take a dip between work meetings was a definite plus. We are so grateful to our host whom we peppered with questions early on to find activities to do and delicious places to eat! We too advantage of many of his suggestions all were superb! Excellent communication to include quick response to anything we asked during out stay, appreciated the detail of the house info--we plan to come back again! Highly recommend this home/host!

As former guests of this house under the previous ownership, we fell in love with the place, and begged to buy it from the owner, who finally relented. Naturally we couldn't be happier! As a home-away-from home for us, we also want to share it with you. Since we are a family that loves eclectic, colorful communities and people, we have also fallen in love with Miami, which certainly matches these descriptions.

Though I am from the deep south (Mobile, Alabama, and New Orleans), and my wife is from France, the pan-latin culture that permeates Miami is something with which I became familiar when I was a child when I lived in Merida, Mexico. In college I also lived in Puerto Barrios, Guatemala, and then later worked in Panama, Spain, etc, while also studying Cuba in graduate school in Washington, DC.

It is these experiences that have drawn us to get to know and love the Miami Mix of Cuban, Haitian, Venezuelan, Brazilian, Colombian, Nicaraguan, and Salvadoran communities.

I will help you discover and appreciate all of this as well!

It is so well-located, just 20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the Key Biscayne Causeway, 5 minutes from Calle Ocho, 10 minutes from the center of Coconut Grove, and 10 minutes from Brickell and Downtown Miami, that one can easily discover the real Miami in a very short period of time.

The house itself has original pre-war details, like hardwood floors, and original moldings, but is completely updated and modern, highly-functional and comfortable. The fact that the pool is only 3 feet from the house helps too! Hop in the outdoor shower, and right into the salt-water (heated in the winter) pool!
