Situated in the gated Desert Falls Country Club, this 2BR/2.5BA condo is the perfect choice for your desert vacation. The interior has been completely updated and offers an open-concept floor plan with two suites.

Dine alfresco on the patio. On-site resort amenities include multiple pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a clubhouse with a grill. The sunlit living area features a sectional, a gas fireplace, a smart TV, and a wine fridge.

The immaculate kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and ample cookware. When it's time to dine, two tables seat a total of 10.

This condo sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, patio access, and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. A half bath adds convenience.

There is also a pack-n-play available for babies and toddlers located in the closet of the room with the bunk beds. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy an alfresco meal on the covered patio.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer are provided.

Downtown Palm Desert is a mere 10-minute drive from home. Hike and bike at the Homestead Trailhead or Palm Desert Cross. Practice your swing at the prominent golf courses nearby, including Monterey or Rancho Las Palmas.

Pet friendly with grass area, cabinets in kitchen were damaged and sofa stained. Wants to get in when housekeeping done but they said we can’t let you get in early and weren’t willing to ask the call when done if before 4pm check-in time.wallpaper peeling off in 1/2 bath. TVs hard to operate.

Spacious Home, Perfect for Traveling with Baby

Home was clean and spacious. The pack and play allowed us to enjoy our trip with our baby, and there was plenty of room in the house for her to crawl around. AC worked great, even in 115 degree weather! Would definitely recommend for multigenerational families looking for a weekend away!

Wonderful Stay

Perfect house with all the amenities you could ever need! Each room was big with nice closets. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful community with plenty to do! My friends and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again in the future. Getting in the gate was a bit difficult at first, but the guards are just doing their jobs - you’ve gotta appreciate that!

Great stay

Location and complex was great. Ability to use the fitness center and tennis courts made us happy. House was clean and spacious and comfortable. The management company didn't have much information about the specific property and amenities that we asked for before our stay, and does require a phone call before you can check in. We would stay here again. Thanks!

Supper Club

Overall we had a great time. Loved having access to the pickle ball and tennis courts at the country club. We played golf one day as well. Too cold for the pools, but they are all over the property. Kitchen has some old item (1970's can opener), wine opener that failed several times, basic items would be nice.

Vrbo and vacasa was both very inflexible with delaying the start due to covid despite that the property was free. When we finally got there it was as expected.

We were very disappointed with the check in. Did not receive email about arrival. Had a hard time the day of check in to get a hold of someone to provide the check in details. Finally received them after 30 minutes on the phone using data being from Canada. Charges were expensive for using data. Then we arrived at gate of complex and they did not have our proper names so waited another 20 minutes to be let in. Very disappointing. I had to work while at house but the internet was horrible. This has to be improved for guests. We kept finding spiders throughout home. My friend had small spider bites each morning that caused he grief and were very uncomfortable. No kettle in kitchen. Patio door screen was very dirty and kept coming off the track. Unit was very nice just all of these other disappointments trumped the nice place.

The house was immaculate and spacious. Beds were comfortable and bedding was good. It does have a 1970s vibe and the kitchen cabinets are in need of paint. It suit our needs and we did not really care about that. Glassware was a bit funky. (25th anniversary glasses....) It was in a great location for our needs. We did not have time to use any of the amenities so cannot comment on that. If there was an option for a 4.5 that is what I would rate it due to tricky check-in procedures. There is a management company so you are not dealing with the actual owner. The key is hidden in a lockbox attached to pipes near the walkway entrance as you are approaching the door. It is low to the ground and easily missed. I had read that was a problem. I had to call the management company a few times to clarify check in. They do no answer immediately but call back within minutes. By the time they called me back we had found the key. After a long flight you just want to open the door and not have to search for where the lockbox is.

Perfect for our small family with younger kids

This was a perfect spot for us. The amenities were nice, including pack and play for our toddler, bunk beds for our school aged child, and plenty of space for spreading out. Master bath had 2 individual sinks, a shower and a large bath. Was able to host our other family members , who were staying at a nearby resort, for a meal. There was plenty of space with kitchen accessories and dining space for having a lot of food. The only hiccup is that it was unclear how to allow an Uber onto the property. It seems we were not alone because we waited in line at the entry gate for 15 minutes one evening waiting on the attendant to sort out arriving Ubers in front of us. We had picked up dinner and it was frustrating having to wait so long just to get back in the neighborhood. The host just needs to make it more clear in their house info sheet they leave in the kitchen cabinet.

Great property but Unsanitary and unprofessional Management

I sympathize with the property owner as their place is mismanaged by Vacasa. Upon arrival, my name was not on the guest list, the carpets were filthy, and guests were told that outside visitors and deliveries were prohibited. It took several days for a Vacasa manager to rectify the guest list issue, and no goodwill gesture was offered for the inconvenience, including having to wait for carpet cleaners perform.The kitchen utensils and cookware were old and unsanitary, and the towels were a good 10years old and stained. Although Vacasa eventually provided new white towels and replaced the chipped and insufficient dishware, these issues should have been addressed sooner. Despite being newly renovated, many amenities were outdated and unhygienic.Overall, I am very disappointed with Vacasa’s unprofessionalism. After showing patience and addressing concerns, the management informed me they would charge for an additional night due to "excessive trash," which was mainly packaging from newly provided items and old, soiled towels. This incident highlights Vacasa's disorganization and inconsistency, making the experience frustrating despite the property's appealing renovation. Vrbo is always wonderful and made a goodwill gesture, but Vacasa is very unreliable and disorganized.
