Secluded Luxury Home with Pool - The Marsian!

Just off of the exploding 7th street, enjoy a brand new luxury villa - completely enclosed within a wall! Vaulted ceilings, cosy details + a cowboy pool under twinkle lights! Huge windows let in tons of natural light, and black out curtains in all bedrooms allow you to sleep in! A huge, decked out kitchen allows you to cook anything you want, but proximity to EVERYTHING allows you to order ANY food IN! Lux living will make you want to revel at home, but the city will beckon JUST out your door!

The space
Three bedrooms and a bedroom office in this walked in luxury home.

There is a separate BnB in the apartment over the garage, but we have fences and visual barriers between the two units for privacy.

Guest access
You will have THREE ways to access the property! The August app is your primary method - which gives you the ability to lock and unlock the home from wherever you are! Next, there is a keypad on the door frame that is connected to the August lock and app. We will receive a key-code that will allow you and your guests to open the door - remember to push the button on the bottom of the keypad after typing in the code! Lastly, if the other two methods fail, we have a key-box as a backup. We never want there to be a chance that you cannot access the property during your stay!

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: This home is in the heart of the action of Austin! You get a ton of proximity and ease of access to all that Austin has to offer. However, that means that you have some city problems.

As of 12/2025: We wanted to let you know that construction is underway close by. To ensure your stay remains as comfortable as possible, we’ve placed a sound machine at the property to minimize any disruption.

Also, there is a guest house over the garage. We have privacy barriers and fences up to keep the two guest homes completely separate. The only potential point of interaction might be the driveway.
