This beautiful house in La Jolla exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect house to stay in while in town celebrating our daughter’s graduation from San Diego State University. The house was immaculately cleaned. The layout of the house is wonderful and the location is amazing. The backyard offered a comfortable and beautiful place to gather with friends and family. I only had a couple of questions after check in and the responses were very quick. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was very clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware, dishes and appliances. The location was great. I think renters could benefit from a more detailed description of the property. Two of the bedrooms are on the second level, which may be a an issue for people with mobility issues or parents who need to have kids nearby. Also, the soaking tub is not available (water turned off). This should be disclosed to renters The instructions for the property was detailed with location of the water shutoff and electrical panel but no details on how to check out or expectations of how to leave the property. Normally there’s a lot of detail about garbage and towels.The alley garbage can was completely full when we started our rental, so we had difficulty squeezing our garbage on top. There are also 2 garbage cans in the back right corner of the property near the wood pile that were full of garbage prior to our rental start. The property may need a second can to deal with the infrequent pickups.Overall our experience was very positive. We all enjoyed the house and neighborhood. There was an issue with the fire alarms going off all day while we were enjoying the zoo. They were loud enough to alert the neighbors. We called the manager and they sent over a technician who replaced all of the batteries which seemed to solve the problem. I would rent this property again.

Property was clean and had everything we needed! Only downside was as a family the third bedroom with twin beds was on first floor with access to the outside via a door. Exterior doors were easy for our 3 year old to open so we didn’t feel comfortable with the set up of the kids staying downstairs as we had hoped. Otherwise a great experience and the patio / outside space was lovely!
