Vacation Apartment No. 71 at the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

You’ll be staying on the first floor in a comfortable 2-room apartment with a terrace facing southeast. The approximately 53 m² space includes a living/dining area, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag resort is approximately 400 m.

The furnished terrace is accessible from the living area. The modern living room creates a stylish atmosphere with a comfortable sleeper sofa (180 x 200 cm) and a dining table for four people. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a selection of games and books.

The separate, fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop with oven, a refrigerator with freezer, and a washing machine. The floors are tiled throughout the apartment.

A bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe invites you to dream. The windows can be darkened with curtains.

A bathroom with a shower is also available for your use. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The designated parking space is located right next to your apartment. Bicycles can be parked in a bike rack attached to the building. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag complex from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
