Vacation Apartment No. 105 at the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

With an area of approximately 53 m², you’ll stay in a modern ground-floor apartment with its own entrance. For a relaxing vacation, you’ll have access to a living room with a dining area, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace (including 2 lounge chairs). The beach is approximately 400 m from the Sünnslag vacation complex.

From the modern living room, you step out onto the south-east-facing, furnished terrace. A pull-out sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) can be used to accommodate two people. A modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a selection of games and books provide entertainment. The travel crib (without an extra mattress) and the high chair are available free of charge. The apartment has tile flooring.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove with oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a microwave. In addition to a filter coffee maker, there is also a capsule coffee machine (Bosch Tassimo). A washing machine is also available for use here.

In the bedroom, the large double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep. Your vacation wardrobe will fit comfortably in the spacious closet. Curtains and a roller shade are provided for light control. A screen door is also available.

The shower room also includes a hair dryer. Pets are not permitted in this non-smoking apartment. Three bicycles are available for your use. (Please note: there is no legal entitlement to this rental item).

An outdoor parking space is included with the apartment in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be stored in a bike shed next to the building. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises you plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer comfortable accommodations for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
