Vacation Apartment No. 120 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that accommodates up to 4 people.

The vacation apartment, which features a south-east-facing balcony, is located on the second floor and spans two levels. With approximately 61 m² of living space, the 3-room apartment offers a living and dining area, two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 400 m from the Sünnslag vacation complex.

From the living area, you have direct access to the furnished balcony. The living room features a cozy seating area. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV and stereo system are available.

The dining area, complete with a dining table and seating, is also located in the living area. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and ceramic cooktop.

Each bedroom features a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm and 2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. A second TV is also available in the vacation rental. The bedroom windows can be darkened with curtains.

This vacation rental also features a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has tile flooring, and the living area has laminate flooring. The bedroom also has laminate flooring. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

An outdoor parking space is available right next to the vacation home. Bicycles can be parked at the house in a designated bike rack. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.
