Vacation Apartment 10-2 in the Papillon vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Located in Building 10, your cozy, newly renovated 55 m² “Ostseebrise” apartment features a south-west-facing terrace on the first floor. You’ll find a living-dining room, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is about 250 m away.

The furnished terrace is accessible from the living room. A special feature here is a comfortable beach chair. In the living area, you’ll find a sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm) with a large mattress and a dining table for 4 people. A flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player, a stereo system with a docking station, and a selection of books are also at your disposal.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Light-colored designer flooring has been installed throughout the entire apartment.

The bedroom features a new double bed with two single mattresses (90 x 200 cm) and a large closet that offers space for your vacation luggage. A pleated blind has been installed at the window for privacy. The entryway storage unit—featuring a closet for jackets and coats and small cabinets for shoes and other vacation essentials—provides additional storage space for necessities.

A modern bathroom with a shower completes the apartment. A crib is included in this vacation rental. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the building. Only one pet is allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in Building 10. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s basement. The outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid parking lots in town.

The Papillon vacation village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town center, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation resort. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
