Vacation Apartment 3 in the Likedeeler Strandhaus complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.<br><br>Vacation Apartment 3, located on the 2nd floor of the Likedeeler Strandhaus complex, offers approximately 80 m² of living space, including two bedrooms, a living/dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a balcony facing the lake. The fine sandy beach is about 60 meters away.<br><br>This spacious vacation apartment is an ideal vacation home, especially for families with children. Amenities include, among other things, a flat-screen TV. The spacious living/dining room with a double sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) has direct access to the large balcony, from which you can partially enjoy a lake view even in winter. Comfortable seating invites you to relax.<br><br>One of the two bedrooms has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and the other has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). A high chair for the little ones is also available. The living room and bedrooms feature hardwood floors.<br><br>A separate, tiled kitchen—equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave—is at your disposal. A tiled shower room with a window is also available. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this property!<br><br>The beach house—Likedeeler II—is located directly on the beach promenade in a traffic-free area. The property also offers Wi-Fi (subject to availability). The beach is approximately 60 meters away. The parking spaces are located right next to the house.<br><br>Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).<br><br><br>Attachment:<br><br> The Likedeeler Beach House is located close to the beach and right on Boltenhagen’s central promenade. It’s only about 60 meters to the Baltic Sea.<br><br><br>Pets are not allowed.<br><br><br>Wi-Fi is available in all apartments (subject to availability).<br><br>Each apartment has an assigned outdoor parking space next to the building (max. height: 1.85 m).<br><br><br>Vacation apartments at the Likedeeler Strandhaus<br><br>Spread across the top two floors, a total of four spacious vacation apartments, each accommodating five to six people, offer plenty of room for a relaxing vacation. <br>Each apartment features a separate kitchen, a living area with a cozy dining table, and two bedrooms. The balconies facing the sea extend across the entire width of the apartment and, in the winter months, some offer a view of the Baltic Sea. <br>The staircase leads you through the glass-enclosed porch to the two floors.<br><br>On the first floor, the restaurant and café “Kleine Büdnerei” entices guests with treats big and small and, on some summer evenings, live music.
