Our vacation home is located on a very quiet side street with its own parking space and private terrace.<br>Children can play undisturbed in the large garden. The terrace is also perfect for soaking up the sun or having a barbecue.<br><br>On the upper floor of the house, there are 2 spacious bedrooms (a double bedroom with a crib, and a 3-bed room).<br>On the first floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen-diner with a dishwasher and a small freezer. A TV and<br>stereo system are also available. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.<br><br>A short walk of about 100 m leads to the small spa park with its beautiful gravel lake.<br>In the summer, this is a great spot for swimming or taking a stroll. There are also sports facilities, <br>a mini-golf course, tennis courts, and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool.<br>There is a separate dog beach at the gravel lake.<br><br>The climatic health resort of Hage is about 2 km away. There, numerous shops invite you to stroll and shop.<br>The cafes and ice cream shops invite you to linger. There are also plenty of dining options.<br><br>The coastal resort towns of Norden/Norddeich and Neßmersiel are about 10 km away. From there, ferries depart for<br>the islands of Norderney, Juist, and Baltrum. Excursions and mudflat walks are also offered from there.<br>The coastal resort towns of Greetsiel, Dornumersiel, and Bensersiel are easily accessible.<br><br>Since we have a well-developed network of bike paths here, you can easily get around by bike or even go on longer bike tours.
