Beautiful estate situated on 4 acres, with 6 in-suites, 6 bathrooms and bonus room with a queen bed, making it 7 bedrooms! You also have the option to rent an attached casita available; with own driveway, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom for an additional fee of $100 per night plus $75 cleaning fee. (casita will not be rented to any other party, other then yours). In a gated community minutes from all of Vineyards.
**OPTIONAL CASITA** MAKES 8 BEDROOMS, SLEEPING 16 COMFORTABLE, when adding casita. The attached private Casita (guest house) with small living room, fireplace, kitchen, bedroom with queen bed , 55` tv in bedroom, full bathroom with jetted tub, own private driveway and entrance for an additional $100 per night plus tax and $75 cleaning fee. Entering home you will feel a sense of openness with high 16` ceilings in the Foyer and Great room. Great room will lead you to the dinning room and bar area which is next to a large chefs delight kitchen. Kitchen features; Marble counter tops, 6 burner Viking cook top, 2- refrigerators, dish washer, digital wine coolers and a sitting bar overlooking patio & pool area. Next to the kitchen you have the pool table room and family room with foosball table, couch and a 65` tv.
Rooms are situated on two separate wings of the home. Right wing you have the Grand Master bedroom with king bed, 65` tv, fireplace, master bath. Next to the master bedroom is the bonus room with a queen bed (own entrance) . Left Wing of the home you have; suite #2 with queen bed, 55` tv and full bathroom, next door is suite #3 with queen bed and full bathroom, across is suite #4 with queen bed full bath with walk in shower, across the laundry room next to pool table room you have suite #5 with queen bed, full bathroom and private entrance from the pool area. Suite #6 is a detached room (see picture) with queen bed, full bathroom with walk in shower and 35` tv.

~We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please refer to the House Rules included in our listing, sample contract and contact us with any questions.
~We care about being outstanding members of the communities we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours from 10pm to 7am are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a fine, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.
Solar Pool heating available when weather permits, usually April thru October; Pool water temperature set to 80 degrees. You do have the option to heat pool with propane gas, which will cost extra (cost depends on outdoor temperature and desired pool water temperature.
Jacuzzi heating available year round for $20 to have water to 102 degrees then $10 per hour to maintain that temperature. Spa heating is calculated by the amount of propane used to heat it, where you will have a remote to turn on and off spa to control cost.

April-October pool heating is available for an additional fee, when solar does not hold temperature. We will require an additional $300-$500 deposit, depending on the nights you desire to heat pool. You will have a remote to turn on spa and off as desired- Note; it normally takes 1 hour to heat.
Guest & Occupancy Policy
To ensure a comfortable and well-managed stay, only registered guests are permitted on the property. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present valid ID at check-in. Overnight occupancy is limited to 14 guests. However, this extends to 16 overnight guests when the optional Casita is added. We’re happy to allow up to 4 daytime visitors between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM with prior notice.
This home is designed for relaxed getaways. Loud celebrations, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. These guidelines are enforced in accordance with local regulations (Riverside County Ordinance 927.2). Any violations may result in the termination of your stay, forfeiture of your security deposit, and/or additional fees.
Noise & Quiet Hours
We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of our neighbors and adhere to local noise regulations. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with outdoor noise kept to a minimum at all times.
For compliance and community respect, the property is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only (no audio is recorded). This is in accordance with Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 for all vacation rental properties in the area. Excessive noise or violations of local ordinances may result in a $1,500 fee and possible early termination of your stay.
Pool & Spa Heating
Solar Pool heating is available April thru October (weather permitting). You can also heat pool using propane gas for an additional fee of $75-$150 per day, depending on outdoor temperature (March through October ONLY). Unfortunately, pool water is too cold to attempt heating in the colder months. Jacuzzi heating is available year round and costs about $20 to get the temperature to 100 degrees, and just $10 per hour to maintain that temperature. You will have full control of this, by using a remote to turn on & off the spa.
Pets
We welcome small, hypoallergenic pets under 20 lbs. with prior approval. A $75 fee per pet applies. We kindly ask that pets are well cared for during your stay, and any additional cleaning or damages may incur extra charges.
Parking
Parking is limited to a maximum of 8 vehicles, all of which must be parked on-site. Street parking and oversized vehicles are not permitted.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee, along with any additional costs required to restore the property. Smoking outside is permitted in designated areas.
Check-Out List
We have a basic Check-Out list that is posted inside the home. Please follow instructions to ensure a smooth check-out. Failure to follow house rules—including unauthorized guests, parties, noise violations, or smoking—may result in fines, loss of deposit, or immediate removal without refund.
