Guests will have exclusive access to the entire elegant Osterville Retreat, a spacious house designed for comfort and privacy. Enjoy the use of all five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting living areas. Outside, you'll find a garden and patio, perfect for relaxation and outdoor gatherings. Additional amenities include a BBQ grill, free parking, and wireless internet. The property is also equipped with a game room for entertainment.

Nestled in the charming village of Osterville, your retreat offers a prime location to explore the best of Cape Cod. A short walk or drive will take you to the beautiful Dowses Beach, perfect for a day of sunbathing and swimming. The village center, with its quaint shops and delightful restaurants, is also easily accessible. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to find unique boutiques, art galleries, and local eateries. For dining, consider a meal at one of the waterfront restaurants, offering fresh seafood and stunning views. The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere and picturesque streets, ideal for an evening walk. Getting around the Elegant Osterville Retreat is convenient. Free parking is available on-site for your vehicles. For those flying in, the Barnstable Municipal Airport (HYA) is approximately a 15-minute drive away. While public transportation options are limited in Osterville, ride-sharing services are readily available. The charming village center and Dowses Beach are easily accessible by car or a pleasant walk. Explore the surrounding areas with ease, knowing you have a comfortable base and convenient access to transportation.

Welcome to the Elegant Osterville Retreat! Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly request that you adhere to these times to allow our cleaning team to prepare the house for the next guests. Free parking is available on-site. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the property. We do not allow pets. The property is equipped with a fire pit, please use it responsibly and follow all safety guidelines. House Rules:



• No parties or events.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (neighborhood policy).

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Hot tub must be used responsibly — no glass near the tub.

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the bunk room and outdoors.

• Pets: (Communicate with the host if pets are allowed and will be adjusted).

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

• Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bin.

• Check-out is at 10 AM unless otherwise approved.
