Very Clean, Love the Experience With the Room and the Location. We drove in two separate cars so the property charged us $50 a car which was unexpected. But we had a wonderful experience and was down the street from everything

This was one of the best experiences we've had staying at the beach. The condo was perfect and the layout was wondeful. It's on the 2nd floor with gorgeous views and a huge balcony. It's close to the elevators and stairs. The condo layout was great as well, the master bedroom was on the front side with access to the balcony. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very convenient and close walk to the beach and the volleyball net came in very helpful to entertain the older kids. Look forward to staying here again.

Our overall stay at this condo was good. Loved the layout of this 3br condo. Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful view of the ocean, and overlooked the pool. To access the pool and beach, was just steps away as listed. Something unexpected we came across was there was no handsoap in any of the restrooms or at the sink in the kitchen. We have never encountered that before when renting, so make sure to add hand soap to your grocery list when you arrive. They also have strict rules regarding drinks at the pool. Nothing is allowed poolside, and all drinks must be kept with your belongings at the chairs. This includes my water I was drinking all week out of my stainless steel cup. If you are looking to get a workout in, the gym area here is very tiny with very little equipment. There were also no BBQ utensils for the grills at the condo, so make sure to pack yours. My family and I did have a great stay otherwise. We enjoyed our time at the beach and at the pool. Even on the rainy days.

Romar Place has strict policies for only 8 guests per condo and no daytime visitors from Memorial Day through Labor Day. This should be made very clear at time of booking. The person checking in guests, providing wrist bands and collecting parking payments is very strict, to the point of not being pleasant. I booked 3 adults and 2 children in the condo, and was told I could not have 3 other family members visit in the daytime, even though this didn’t exceed the 8 person limit. I got this worked out so family trip wasn’t ruined. Parking strictly limited to two parking places, similar to most condos in the area, but host could at least offer suggestion of alternate public pay-to-park options. The outdoor pool has no umbrellas for shade and is totally in direct sunlight most of the day which makes it difficult if you don’t want to swim, but need to watch your children in the pool area. Pool deck is very hot, so plan to have some type of shoes/sandals in pool area. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice but no drinks or pool toys allowed. Every room had a TV with satellite service and Roku with clear directions, but one bedroom TV did not work. Remote controls may have needed batteries but we had 3 other TVs to watch. Very easy walk to the beach on walkway with cool decking. Nice quality towels in bathrooms. King bed in master bedroom seemed old with no support. Wrap around corner balcony is nice with high quality furnishings. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Would stay here again. It was clean and had a great view. Communication was prompt and very easy check in! The room was just as pictured. The only issue was the washer is off balance and it was hard to wash towels but I notified them and they brought us plenty of towels per my request vs fixing the washer so we didn’t have to wash any. If I had to make any recommendations it would be to upgrade the couch and washer. Other than that it was great and would definitely stay here again

Overall good property. The queen mattress was not comfortable and we had some problems with the washing machine being out of balance and not spinning cloths out. View was nice and it was clean.
