The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom includes a large vanity and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, with a nearby second bathroom that also includes a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds, and the living room provides additional sleeping space with a sleeper sofa.

The Neighborhood:
Romar Place is located in beautiful Orange Beach on the beach. Walking distance from Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Cafe, or Doc's Seafood. Attractions in the area include Adventure Island, Beachside Mini Golf, and Arcade. A short drive to the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips

Guest Access:
- The complex DOES require parking passes and wristbands. The complex charges $50/parking pass and limits TWO vehicles per condo. You will need to purchase your parking registration at the front office onsite at Romar Place immediately upon arrival. Wristbands - yellow- these are for all guests ages 13 & above. Red wristbands - these are for all guests 12 & under and will be distributed upon arrival- registration and asked to be returned upon departure. There will be a drop off stand in the lobby for returns. If someone loses their bracelet they can come to the office and purchase another one for $10.00 (debit or credit only). The bracelets are rubber and can fit on the wrist or ankle. The bracelets must be worn at all times while on the premises. Failure in wearing the bracelet will prohibit anyone from using the common amenities.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.
