Welcome to our newly built cottage in the heart of Bemus Point, one of the most beloved destinations on Chautauqua Lake. Just a short walk from the village’s restaurants, shops, and waterfront attractions, this modern cottage offers the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and lake living.

Built within the last decade and recently styled by a professional designer, the cottage is bright, clean, and thoughtfully furnished to provide a relaxing retreat after a day on the lake. The space feels fresh and comfortable while maintaining the charm of a classic Chautauqua Lake cottage.

Guests enjoy access to our lakefront dock and gazebo on Chautauqua Lake. Spend your days swimming, boating, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water while enjoying beautiful sunsets over the lake. The dock can accommodate boats, making it easy to explore the lake or arrive by water during your stay.

Inside, the cottage offers a welcoming place to unwind after a day outdoors. The home includes one private bedroom along with a pull-out sofa in the living room, comfortably suited to a couple or a small family with young children. Heating and air conditioning keep the home comfortable in every season.

One of the best parts of staying here is the location. The cottage is within walking distance of Bemus Point’s lively village center, where you’ll find restaurants, ice cream shops, lakefront parks, and seasonal events. A quick note on the setting: the cottage is part of our private, owner-occupied estate, and it's all yours to enjoy — the cottage, the grounds, and your own lakefront dock and gazebo. Because our family and neighbors live here too, the property is reserved for the guests on your reservation (quick drop-offs and pickups are always welcome) rather than additional visitors or gatherings. It keeps the estate peaceful, and it's part of what makes a stay here feel special.
