This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Pacific Beach is located about 1 mile from the beach and tons of activities PB has to offer. The house is set up for groups seeking a comfortable stay with on-site activities.

Inside, the home has a bright, open layout, with a retro, remodeled kitchen, city views from the upstairs balcony, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. There is a 6-person dining table along with seating in the kitchen. The living room is the perfect blend of relaxation and fun, with a large L-shaped couch, a fireplace, and a TV. On the other side of the living room is a pool table, perfect for some friendly competition.

The backyard includes:
- 7-person jacuzzi
- Putting green
- Outdoor seating area with a TV
- There is also a detached garage with a washer and dryer available for guest use.

We had a great time at this property! Easy to get around, the property was clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable! Check in process was a breeze, and the host was responsive and very friendly. Hope to book this property again in the future!

Truly the BEST experience using a home booking for a vacation!!! Bill was the most thoughtful, attentive host and made my friends and I feel so welcomed. The home is gorgeous and was perfect for a group of 9. There is so much to do at the house that you don’t even need to leave. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, and host and property manager were very quick to respond anytime we had questions. We were able to walk to the beach, Kate Sessions Park, bars, and great places to eat. We all talked about wanting to come back to the home next time we choose SD as our vacation destination. Thank you so much Bill!!!

This wasn't just a house to stay in—it was an experience. I know the owner is a new host, but everything exceeded our expectations.The home has multiple spacious bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and an incredible amount of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The property feels more like a private mini resort than a vacation rental. The outdoor entertainment area was a real highlight, with a large jacuzzi, oversized TV, refrigerators, comfortable sofas, and a fantastic space to relax together.There were so many activities to enjoy, including a pool table, mini golf, and plenty of other thoughtful amenities that kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by high hedges that provide excellent privacy. There was also plenty of parking, which made everything very convenient.Overall, we had a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Stop searching and book this place! This was a 10/10 stay from start to finish. The property is fantastic, with plenty of outdoor spaces to relax and hang out. The location is perfect—close to Pacific Beach restaurants and bars, while also being convenient to Costco if you want to cook or BBQ at the house.Everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were, which made a huge difference after long days enjoying the San Diego sun.Bill was an outstanding host. He was communicative, provided clear instructions, responded quickly, and even shared great local recommendations at check-in. He truly goes above and beyond for his guests. After checkout, one of our friends accidentally left his phone behind, and Bill promptly mailed it back free of charge.Our group was already talking about booking another trip before this one was over. Highly recommend this property—we would absolutely stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Partaking in a piece of historical architecture was unforgettable. There was enough room for all of us with plenty of activities to do on the property. The beds were comfortable and soft, made for a good night's sleep. The house was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was my daughter's favorite place, as she loves to cook. The bathrooms were so nice. Really makes a difference having one room with an ensuite for extra privacy. They made sure there was plenty of ways to make sure every room had privacy. The property management was easy to contact and communicate with. They met our needs and were very good to listen to our feedback. The owner replied right away before our trip. They were very accommodating and helpful. This was a peaceful place to come and share memories after my Grandmother's burial at Ft. Rosecrans. Thank you so much for our wonderful experience and peaceful, yet fun, place to stay with my kids. We look forward to returning to San Diego to visit Ft. Rosecrans from time to time and will be happy to stay here again.

I have stayed at dozens of home rentals listed by a different company you all know, so we have tons of experience! Bill is by far the most hospitable and thoughtful host we have ever met. He also lives around the corner so if you have questions or need anything he is right there. This is a beautiful historical property that you feel at home in right away. It combines both a vintage look (kitchen) with beautiful decor and modern touches (2 of the full bathrooms were just completely renovated). Bill provided quality supplies to make coffee, all necessary cooking utensils and pots/pans, as well as Native and Meyer brand toiletry items. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever been in and have luxurious bedding. Two of the bedrooms have an awesome adjoining balcony with festive lighting and outdoor furniture; we spent a couple of nights outside watching the SeaWorld drone show from afar! As if the house inside doesn't have enough room, the outside boasts a HUGE enclosed room (at least 30'x30') with giant hot tub, fireplace, couches and large smart TV. The yard has multiple places to play games and yes that mini golf course is real! He didn't even mention there is a tangerine tree with fresh tangerines to pick daily. Ample street parking (if you have a very tall SUV with roof rack like we did); all regular sized vehicles can park in his empty 2 car garage. Easily accommodates 5-10 people so you can't beat the value. Can't wait to revisit SD and stay there again! Thanks Bill!

Hi, my name is Bill, and I am from Amarillo, Texas. I moved to San Diego after getting accepted to USD Law School. Since then, I have loved San Diego, and especially this neighborhood. For fun, I enjoy golfing and watching sports (Go Cowboys)!

This neighborhood is the perfect distance from everything, while being in a fun and upbeat part of town. There is always something to do within walking distance of the residence, while being close to other attractions the city has to offer.

Our property, aka The White House, is historic to PB, as it was one of the first homes built in the area in 1908. I have preserved the home's unique features, such as the exterior columns, while modernizing other parts.

With golf being an important ritual in my life, I added a putting green so I would always have access to a sport that is meaningful to me, while making the house even more unique.

The home encapsulates having a great time with others, so the outdoor living room with large seating areas and a 7-person hot tub makes that possible for all.
