PARKING
Parking is accessed via the back alley off 10 Street. The main parking area is located in the interior courtyard, with a few additional stalls available off the alley. Conveniently located just a block away from Main Street, making it easy to park and explore on foot. There is also a paid parking lot between 9 & 10 Street, directly across from the front of Brookside Lane complex.

LIVING
This inviting space strikes the perfect balance between open and cozy, ideal for both entertaining and unwinding. Whether you`re settling in for a movie night, diving into a binge-worthy series, or catching the big game, it’s a great place to relax and spend time together.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen and dining area share one open, inviting space designed for both cooking and connection. Fully equipped for everything from quick bites to family meals, it features a spacious island with seating perfect for gathering, sharing stories, playing games, and enjoying time together.

SLEEPING
Stretch out on the luxurious king bed or snuggle up in the cozy queen, either way, restful sleep awaits. For additional guests, the living room offers a comfortable queen sofa bed. Every bed is thoughtfully outfitted with soft linens, plush duvets, and plenty of pillows, ensuring a peaceful and rejuvenating night`s rest for all.

BATHROOM
One bathroom features a sleek four-piece layout with a relaxing tub, while the other offers a three-piece setup perfect for refreshing after a day of adventure. Fluffy towels and premium toiletries are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, for a comfortable, spa-like experience.

LAUNDRY
Quality full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located right within the suite, making it easy to refresh your wardrobe during longer stays. Complimentary laundry detergent provided, so you can pack light and travel with ease.

HOT TUB (on site shared with other guests)
Unwind in the rooftop hot tub beneath a blanket of stars, surrounded by snow-capped mountain peaks and crisp alpine air. Swap stories with fellow traveller`s about the day’s ski runs, hidden powder stashes, scenic hiking trails, and unforgettable mountain adventures while soaking in one of the most breathtaking views in the Rockies.

** NOTE** WEEKLY HOT TUB MAINTENANCE
Scheduled every Tuesday between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. If a statutory holiday falls on the Monday before the scheduled maintenance, service will be rescheduled to Wednesday of that week between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Unwind year-round in the rooftop hot tub, surrounded by stunning snow-capped mountain views. In the winter months, lace up your skates and glide, carve, and twirl across the scenic outdoor pond located directly behind Brookside Lane. During the summer, challenge the biking trails and take advantage of the on-site secure bike storage room. Mountain adventures in every direction.

The ROAM Transit main hub is conveniently located directly across the street, offering easy travel throughout Canmore and seamless access to Banff National Park.

CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE
*95% refund for cancellations up to 7 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe`s processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe`s refund policy.
* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
