The communication was superb. Never better! The house, view and location was great. Doesn’t have some of the simple things like any laundry detergent or salt and pepper but we always bring extra items like that. Saw a few bears driving up the neighborhood. Loved it!

My husband and I loved our stay at Viewtopia! The house was beautiful and had plenty of room! The best part was the stunning view! We also loved that the home was pet friendly and had a little grassy area around the firepit area for him to do his business. The drive up the mountain was a little nerve wracking but you get used to it. Make sure to bring coffee and toiletries as the home did not supply any. Luckily we were planning on going grocery shopping anyways. Overall we had a great time! We even saw a momma bear and her two cubs right in the driveway!

This was the best VRBO my family has ever stayed at. The beautiful wall of windows in the living room leading to the expansive deck provide the best mountain views possible. The location is great. It is close to Smokey Mountain National Park and the town of Gatlinburg which is full of Restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The communication with the host was very quick. I would give my highest recommendation for this property.

We had a great stay here. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Everything as described in the listing. Communication with the host was great. The only downside if I had to pick one was that there is construction going on in some of the houses around it, but this is beyond the control of the host. Views of the mountain were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.
