The home’s layout offers great separation of space — the main level includes the living areas, kitchen, primary suite, and two bedrooms, plus access to the expansive deck, while the lower walk-out level features two bedrooms, the game room, and direct access to the hot tub and backyard.

Guests have full access to the entire home, outdoor spaces, and hot tub. Parking is available on-site for 6 cars. Check-in is self-guided for convenience. Amenities include:

Be mindful of HOA beach access rules including the recent addition of owners only hours from 4-7 pm daily, and Lake Placid's Good Neighbor rules.
Please be respectful of your neighbors and all that Lake Placid offers. Treat our home and your neighbors as you would your own!
Please take note of quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am per Lake Placid law.
Please lock the doors and windows when you go out.
No smoking/vaping or open flames including candles.
BBQ grill valve should always be turned to close when not in use. Fireplaces are non working that this time.
Use of hot tub and HOA private beach is at your own risk.
Please use oven hood when oven/stove-top is on.
No unregistered guests.
Pet must be pre-approved and kept off furniture.
