Our family home in Solana Beach with a touch of warmth and charm is the perfect base for your San Diego summer. I'm a single mom with two girls (6/8) and we travel over holiday breaks. Everything is clean and organized for you but there is evidence that a family lives there, because we do. :) Food centered family and can provide lots of recommendations.

Air conditioning. Spacious back and front yards. Backyard includes a swing set, trampoline and BBQ. Boogie board and sand toys included. Downstairs bedroom includes an infrared sauna with red light panels and a full-size Japanese floor bed. 3 bedrooms upstairs with two queen beds and a twin bed.

Our home is perfectly located for a locals San Diego summer. Plenty of amazing restaurants, bars and beaches less than 10 minutes away. Del Mar dog beach, Del Mar fair, Annie's Canyon trail in Solana, Cardiff coastal Rail Trail San Elijo Lagoon trails, San Dieguito County Park are all 5 minutes away. Take the train downtown to Padres games, etc. EASY freeway access where you can either go north to Oceanside or south to downtown in less than 30 minutes.
