The apartment is furnished with several one-of-a-kind, handmade pieces that can’t be found anywhere else. There’s a seamless transition from the entryway to the kitchen. The kitchen-living area is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove, and an oven. The solid dining table seats up to 10 people. From here, the view leads directly to the loggia, offering a vista over the rooftops of our small village. In the spacious living room, the evening sun brightens the space. Here, you can relax on two large sofas or spend a cozy evening watching TV together. The apartment has 4 bedrooms; 2 of them feature a box-spring bed (180x200 cm), another bedroom has a French bed (box spring, 140x200 cm), and the fourth bedroom has two single French beds (box spring, 140x200 cm). All bedrooms have open closets. There are two bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower and a window. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. A lockable room for bicycles is also available. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The rental fee must be paid in cash on site. Card payments are also accepted (EC card, VISA, and Mastercard). Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the latest. Check-out: from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed.
