Quietly located vacation apartment for 1 - 2 persons near the beach

Our vacation apartment was lovingly renovated in 2020–2021. It sleeps 2 people (approx. 21 square meters) and is located on the first floor of a single-family home. The small kitchenette, which was newly installed in 2021, is located in the living room and features a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, and storage space. A full range of kitchen utensils is provided. There is a 2m x 2m double bed, a small wardrobe, and a dining table right by the window. A TV and Wi-Fi are available (+Netflix and Prime).
The bathroom opens directly off the living room and features a new shower, toilet, sink, and storage space.
We’re happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair. Please reserve these in advance.
In the hallway, you’ll find a new microwave, the “Tea Bar,” and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Use of the garden, sun loungers, grill, and bicycles is included and shared among guests.
The highlight is our large lounge area with a fire pit for relaxing evenings filled with coziness and marshmallows.
Thanks to its location, the vacation apartment is ideal for water sports enthusiasts; windsurfers and kitesurfers will find everything they could want here.
Everyone else is, of course, also very welcome.
Großenbrode has something to offer everyone, from peace and quiet and romantic natural beaches to concerts, events, a welcome reception, and a disco on the lively promenade.
Guests can easily park across the street in the large parking lot at the sports field.
The beach is about 800 m away, and the Fehmarnsund Bridge is about 1.6 km away.
Bed linens and towels can be rented for a fee of 10 euros per person per set.
The municipality of Großenbrode collects a visitor’s tax, which guests must pay to the landlord, who will then issue the “Ostseecard.”
