The "Haus Therese 7" vacation rental at Gästehaus Therese is a cozy place to stay for a relaxing vacation by the sea. With 53 m² of living space, the apartment features 2 rooms, including 1 bedroom, and can accommodate up to 4 guests—ideal for couples, small families, or anyone looking to combine tranquility with proximity to the beach. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (1 story) and is designated as a non-smoking accommodation. A cozy living room with a sofa area and a clearly defined dining area invite you to linger, while the separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self-catering, including a ceramic-top stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. A dishwasher is also available.

Comfort is ensured by 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and hot water, as well as other amenities such as a washing machine and dryer (shared use). Entertainment is provided by a TV with satellite reception (digital), radio, DVD and CD players, and Wi-Fi/Internet. Also convenient are a coat rack, dresser, armchair, dining table, and a vacuum cleaner. A starter kit, as well as a crib and a high chair, are also provided to help families plan their stay more easily. Pets are allowed with restrictions: a maximum of 1 pet may accompany you.

The location is particularly charming: you’ll be staying in a village right by the sea. The beach is only about 100 m away, and shopping options and a restaurant are also just around 100 m away. The ferry is about 250 m away. It’s possible to arrive without a car, as public transportation is available about 100 m away. The garden and outdoor furniture offer additional opportunities for relaxation, and thanks to the windbreak, spending time outside is especially pleasant. If you’re looking for something special, there’s also a sauna on the premises. For those traveling by bike or on foot: There is no designated parking area (parking spaces: 0); however, getting around locally is straightforward thanks to the central location near the beach, local amenities, and public transportation.

The “Therese” guesthouse is located in the heart of the lively island village of Wittdün. Guests have access to parking spaces, the communal terrace, the sauna, and Wi-Fi. Cribs, extra beds, and high chairs can be provided (upon advance request). In some apartments, your four-legged friend is welcome (for a fee).
