The apartment is located on the mezzanine level and features two rooms, including a cozy bedroom and an inviting living room with a sofa area. From here, you can access the living area with a dining area and dining table, making shared meals just as natural as quiet evenings after a day at the beach. Wi-Fi access is included so you can stay connected even while on vacation.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower; a toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer are also provided. The fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the living room, ensures additional comfort. Here you’ll find, among other things, an oven, a microwave, a ceramic-top stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and plenty of kitchen utensils, including dishes and silverware. A washing machine and a dryer are available for shared use. As a non-smoking apartment, a pleasant indoor climate is a top priority, and thanks to the heating, you’ll feel comfortable even during cooler seasons.

The view extends either over Nordstrand, across the Wadden Sea to Amrum’s marina, the ferry terminal, and the neighboring island of Föhr, or toward the lively seaside resort of Wittdün.

The building was recently completely renovated. Special attention was paid to ensuring that access to all units is as barrier-free as possible. An elevator is just as much a given here as step-free access to all common areas.
