[POOL & SPA HEATING OPTIONS]



We offer two heating options depending on what you'd like to enjoy during your stay.



Option 1: Pool + Spa Heating

$85/day (for the entire stay)



- Minimum 24 hours' notice before check in is required to begin heating.

- Heating must be purchased for your entire stay.

- The pool will be heated to a comfortable swimming temperature, typically 82°F to 85°F.

- The attached spa can reach approximately 102°F, depending on outdoor weather conditions.

- Please note that the spa is not a traditional hot tub. It is an attached pool spa with seating and bubblers, so temperatures may fluctuate, especially overnight or during colder weather.



Option 2: Spa Heating Only

$45/day (for the entire stay)



- Heating must be purchased for your entire stay.



- Only the attached spa will be heated. The pool will remain unheated.

- The spa typically takes 15 to 20 minutes to warm up from a cold start.

- The spa includes gentle bubblers that can be turned on with the push of a button.

- Please note that this is not a traditional hot tub, but rather a heated pool spa with a similar relaxing experience.

- $35/day

- EV charging is available via a Level 2 outlet (for Tesla), designed for overnight charging. It is not a fast charger so please plan for a full charge over several hours.

- Please bring a Tesla compatible adapter for non-Tesla EV
