Book your holiday in the SeaSenses Residence and enjoy one of the finest and most luxurious residences on the Costa Blanca. SeaSenses is located in first-line with a exceptionally beautiful frontal sea view from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The daily sunrise is a wonderful experience every day. The flat is located on the second floor and is not overlooked by other flats. The front terrace (16 m2) with sea view has sun from early morning until shortly after noon. In the afternoon you can enjoy the sun on the terrace at the back (street side).

LOCATION
The residence is located by the sea along a wide car-free promenade. It is very quiet and safe here. The residence is secured and not accessible to outsiders. The flat is suitable for a stay of four people, but on request, there is also room for one baby at no extra cost. We have a baby bed, high chairs and special dinnerware.

FOR CHILDREN
Children can enjoy the playground with fountains, swings, trampoline, a climbing frame as well as a playhouse and the children's pool with slide. They will love the two large water slides.

SPORT AND RELAXATION
There are three infinity pools, one of which is heated (in low and mid-season). In the large pool with whirlpools, there is an island with a bar. Here you can order drinks, aperitifs or food. You can relax in one of the four Jacuzzis, the sauna, the Turkish bath. For those who want to do sports, there is a fitness centre with a panoramic view of the sea. There is also a table tennis table, a paddle court and a basketball court. Not far from here are several golf courses. Around the salt lakes, you can go hiking, cycling, horse riding or just enjoy nature. You can also swim in the sea at the beach or 50m away. In the area, there are many large and stretched sandy beaches (La Mata, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, Torrevieja).

INTERNET
In our flat, we have superfast unlimited internet via glass fibre (300MB download and 300Mb upload). The whole domain also has free Wifi.

TELEVISION AND RADIO
Via two smart televisions you can enjoy a very wide range of channels via cable and satellite (TV-Vlaanderen). With the internet radio, you can also tune in to the whole world.

TRANSPORT
Most guests arrive by plane from the airport of Alicante (Elche) or Murcia (Corvera). In Alicante, you can travel very cheaply with a direct bus to Torrevieja. You can also easily book a taxi (about 50 EUR), rent a car on the spot or we can also pick you up and bring you back on the spot. For small trips on the spot you can easily book and use an electric scooter via the app HOPP.

SHOPPING
Torrevieja and La Zenia are centres where there is really everything you could possibly need. La Zenia Boulevard is a super large, modern and pleasant shopping centre that is open until late.

FOOD AND DRINK
Our kitchen is equipped with everything that a modern kitchen requires and perhaps more than what you might expect. Within walking distance, there is a very lively area with many restaurants and shops.

FACILITIES FOR THE DISABLED
The whole place is wheelchair friendly. There is a lift for wheelchair users and also a special lift to use the swimming pool.
