Regarding the smoke odor, our property is strictly nonsmoking, and we have since contacted the neighboring tenant regarding the reported concern. Upon receiving your feedback, we also took steps to address the dryer and hot water concerns with the appropriate parties to help ensure a better experience for future guests. We would also like to clarify that the property is accurately represented in our listing and is located in Richmond’s Fan District. While the neighborhood offers convenient access to major roadways, this does not change the property’s advertised location. Guests are encouraged to review the listing’s map and surrounding area before booking to ensure the location meets their preferences.
