You walk in to the smell of pinesol on the beautiful wood floors. The pics don't do justice to how big and open it feels, how beautiful the view is. The kitchen is well-stocked. The basement is such a fun hangout zone, with billards, shuffleboard, video games, and tones of outdoor games in the closet (eg. corn hole). Also near the dam, which was interesting to kayak around. Overall a great place!

Our family loved our time at your lakehouse and the adult kids are already asking when can we go back! It was absolutely perfect for our needs. We also loved that there was the marina and Mexican restaurant within walking distance. The margaritas were amazing. Thank you so very much! We are definitely coming back.

It was good. Dishes were a little dirty. There wasn't access to a lot of cleaning supplies - not enough detergent, towels, toilet paper, etc.House was really nice. Location was good. Wish I could have checked in early. Annoying that late check out cost money.

Excellent location and BEAUTIFUL home! We stayed here for a fall weekend for a bachelorette trip and the house could not have been more perfect. It has open space, plenty of room to sleep, and a great kitchen to work in. There's room to be doing separate things, such as cooking or crafting, while still being together all in one area. Plus I haven't even yet mentioned the VIEW. It's stunning and a great place to stay. Very easy to get in and out, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable.

Lakehouse with a Resort Feel

Cannot say enough great things about this house!! Spacious, clean and homey - it has it all. We were here for a little winter family getaway and this house delivered! The hot tub, games and especially the sauna were a big hit with our "grown up" kids. The view is lovely as well - can't wait to try it out in the summer!

Amazing stay

The house is beautiful and very clean. Everything you could think of is included. Tons of extra towels, pillows, blankets plus games and puzzles. The only think that could improve is the hot tub, the jet only work in one seat and all the headrest are broken. Overall a fantastic vacation and would return again

Luxurious home

Fabulous mini-vacation. The house is immaculate and has everything you could want. I enjoyed kayaking on the lake. The view is marvelous. Loved the place and will return. The only problem and it was our fault was we didn’t turn the handle to the front door up instead of down. Service came to us right away.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We appreciated being granted an early check-in because our daughter urgently needed to use the bathroom. The home has a great layout, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and an excellent waterfront location. However, the property needs better maintenance, especially considering the cost. The landscaping was overgrown throughout the property, including the front entrance, patio, fire pit, outdoor shower, and path to the water, making some areas difficult or unsafe to use. We avoided using the fire pit because of the surrounding overgrowth. The waterfront also had old deflated kayaks, toys, and chairs scattered around. There was trash and debris under the deck, and the glass patio table had apparently been broken before our arrival. Broken glass remained on the deck, steps, and walkway, creating a safety concern for our children and dog.The washing machine had noticeable mold and soap scum buildup. We also lost power in the master bathroom, which was restored by resetting a GFCI. While checking the panel, we noticed what appeared to be animal droppings in the basement. The dock was enjoyable, although the swim ladder is loose and the dock umbrella was damaged. Finally, the property management company changed before our stay, but we weren’t informed until we arrived, causing confusion during check-in.Overall, the home has great potential, but improved maintenance, cleanliness, and communication would better justify the rental price.

Family trip with young kids

The house was perfect for 3 families with young kids. Very comfortable accomodations, amazingly well-stocked kitchen (crockpot, blender, mixer, ample cooking/baking supplies, tupperware, plastic wrap, kids utensils, etc), loads of activities for kids (books, games, toys), a huge finished basement, and incredible outdoor space (and views!). If you're traveling with a baby, they provided a high chair, pack n play, and swim diapers (such a nice touch!). The location was awesome with close access to a marina for boat rentals, nice swimming area with no waves, lots of grass for running around, and a dock (we loved the paddle board and water mat!). Honestly, this house has everything and we hope it stays as well maintained over time. The only hiccup was that the house wasn't cleaned at check-in and delayed our ability to access the property until 5pm (tough when trying to feed little ones and get unpacked before early bedtimes). Aside from that, we had an absolutely wonderful time and would love to come back!

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us, Ashley. We're thrilled to hear that the house was perfect for your group and that you found the accommodations comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked with everything you needed. It's wonderful to know that the kids enjoyed the various activities, the finished basement, and the incredible outdoor space. We’re glad that the baby-friendly amenities like the high chair, pack n play, and swim diapers added to your convenience. It’s also great to hear that you enjoyed the location, with its close access to the marina, swimming area, and dock. The paddle board and water mat sound like they were a hit! We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the delayed cleaning at check-in. We understand how challenging it can be to manage little ones and unpack with a late check-in. We are taking steps to ensure that this does not happen in the future and that our cleaning schedule is more reliable. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services, and we’re delighted to hear that you had an absolutely wonderful time despite the hiccup. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide an even better experience.
