This “Pearl of the Canals” faces southwest and offers a magnificent view of the canals from the upper floor, situated in the second row from the Greetsiel Sieltief. It’s in a prime location in GREETSIEL—central yet quiet—on the edge of Greetsiel’s historic town center.

From here, you can reach the idyllic harbor, the twin mills, and the town center—with its historic house facades and picturesque 17th-century alleyways—in just a few minutes. There you’ll also find a wide selection of restaurants and shops that invite you to linger. The Koppke, the children’s playground, and the playhouse are also nearby and within walking distance.

The vacation home has 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 90x2m each, and 2 single beds, 90x2m each), located on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a second TV. The large skylight in the children’s room is equipped with a blackout roller shade, and the master bedroom has pleated blinds. Also on the first floor is a shower room with a toilet and washing machine. The shower has a low threshold. The shower room is tiled; the bedrooms are fitted with click vinyl flooring.

The first floor, which overlooks the canal, is fully tiled and features underfloor heating. The large, light-filled living and dining area is tastefully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, egg cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and much more. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor.

There is a micro-hi-fi system with CD/MP3/USB; the TV (satellite) is equipped with a CI slot. There is also a Blu-ray player.

An iron, an ironing board, and a clothes drying rack are available in the house. A travel crib and a high chair are also available free of charge.

The patio is furnished with garden chairs, lounge chairs, and a parasol; the yard is completely fenced in.

Starting in October 2023, dogs are welcome at this house; smoking is not permitted.

The house includes a storage shed (e.g., for the bicycles you bring) as well as a shared dock.

A parking space is also included with the house.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-out day.

The vacation home is located in Greetsiel, a picturesque coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea coast. The dyke landscape around Greetsiel offers numerous biking and hiking trails with magnificent views of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the vacation home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and varied excursions.
