Important Construction Notice

Please note that Amelia Surf & Racquet, Building B will be undergoing exterior renovations from August 17 through approximately mid-February.

During this time, the building`s balcony railings will be replaced, so you can expect construction-related noise, dust, and the presence of larger equipment around the property. Hours of work: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm. Contractors will arrive at 7:30 am to prepare for the workday; crews will commence work at 8:00 am. Summary Scope of Work

The renovation will include: Concrete repairs, Stucco repairs, Breezeway and balcony waterproofing replacement, Coating and sealants, Guardrail removal and replacement, Stairwell improvements, and Miscellaneous improvements.

To account for this inconvenience, we have significantly discounted our nightly rates during the renovation period.

At this time, both pools are expected to remain open throughout the project. If that changes, we will update this listing as soon as we receive new information.

Buildings A and C will be under exterior renovations through summer 2027.
Must be 25 to rent. Person that has booked the stay in their name must be one of the people staying in the unit. No parties are allowed. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony. No pets allowed.

We have the right to cancel and/or evict your from the unit if any of the house rules are broken.
