Welcome to Kaanapali Plantation 52, a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of West Maui. Blending comfort, convenience, and island charm, this inviting retreat offers a relaxing space for up to 4 guests—perfect for couples, families, or small groups looking to experience the best of Maui. The open-concept layout creates a bright and airy feel, while lush tropical surroundings and ocean views set the tone for a peaceful island escape. Please note that this condo does not have air conditioning.

Step out onto the private lanai and take in the gentle island breezes and tropical surroundings, with ocean views creating the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The living room offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring, featuring ample seating and a flat-screen TV with cable for your entertainment. Ceiling fans and Maui's natural trade winds keep the space cool and inviting throughout the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy dining at the bar seating for two or gather around the dining table for four, or take your meals outside to the lanai for a more relaxed, open-air experience. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located within the unit.

The primary bedroom provides a peaceful retreat, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and soft linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. It also includes a private ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower for added comfort and convenience. The second bedroom is equally inviting with a king-size bed and ample storage, along with easy access to the second full bathroom, which also features a step-in shower, making it ideal for additional guests.

The host was great in communicating with us, no issues there at all. The location was good and we had good views of the ocean from our unit. Our concerns were the overall condition of the unit. It needs a total upgrade as it seems outdated and tired

Quiet, peaceful.

Very pretty location..great view from one bedroom and the lanai. Pretty much as pictured on site. Pictures make it seem HUGE but still very spacious.

Quite complex with beautiful Maui sunsets from the lanai.

We stayed in this condo complex several years ago so we were familiar with the condo layout and grounds. Hosts were great to work with. Condo was clean and very well stocked with basic necessities. Nice location. Would not hesitate to book this property again.

Kaanapali Plantation is perfect location!

We have stayed at the plantation several times, but this was with the entire family (19 of us!). Each family had their own condo, but we were able to enjoy the facilities at times together or other times quietly alone. I much prefer the plantation layout to the high rise hotels, but you do pretty much have to drive to entertainment.

Beautiful view, comfy stay

If you are looking for a condo with a fantastic ocean view, a quiet location and close to so much this is the place for you. We loved waking up in the morning to go sit out with our coffee and watch the whales. There was always a cooling breeze. Everything was clean but the kitchen did lack any spices, even salt and pepper. The beds were comfortable but a bit saggy. We would most definitely stay here again

Good location, great view.

This property was in a great location. The view was amazing, the appliances in the kitchen were good. Most of the time we were there the pool was unoccupied. The only downside is this location didn't feel super kid friendly (we have a 7 and 5 year old). While we were at the pool, there were some tenants that made us feel very unwelcome, but other than that, it was a good place for us.

Beautiful property

I was initially nervous booking as there were not many reviews. This property exceeded expectations. Exceptionally clean, incredibly well stocked and very comfortable for this family with 2 teen daughters. We could even watch whales from the lanai. Very short drive to one of our favourite beaches, Black Rock! They had chairs and boogie boards to use as well! Close to all amenities. Would definitely book again in the future!

Property was not as nice as it appeared on online.Also, some of the functions of the property were not working. For instance the master bedroom blinds were broken and the bathroom sinks were not draining well.The kitchen note was fully stocked, and the location was good

Large kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook, wine glasses, etc. Wifi was slow(2M/sec) but both Verizon and T-Mobile have excellent coverage and the hotspots worked great. 5 min drive to Lahaina and/or Whaler's Cove at Kaanapali that has everything.

Beautiful and quiet

Spectacular scenery, a quiet complex amidst many floral trees and bushes, and many beautiful birds. Within a 20 minute walk down to a beautiful beach, but be prepared to walk 25 minutes back up. Good exercise. The unit was a spacious, and well maintained. However, the floor was not clean. Removed our shoes always, but our feet or socks did not stay clean walking around.

Family reunion

The home has separate bedrooms and baths which were very convenient for the privacy of different family members. The kitchen was very spacious. Many people could be cooking and visiting at the same time. The two ovens and barbecue allowed for large meals. Since there was no street parking it was nice that the driveway had room for 6 cars at a time. The pool was large enough for good games such as Marco Polo with 8+ children and adults. The views of the ocean from both levels and the landscaping added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Thank you for letting us rent this home which could be called a Villa!

decent for the price

The place was pretty much as described, a very nice lanai with a great view of the ocean, we even spotted some whales! Just a few negatives, a fan blade was broken in the master bedroom rendering it unusable. The owners said they would fix it during our stay, but didn't feel like dealing with that. Also, upon our entry to the place, we found hair on the shower wall that definitely wasn't ours. The kitchen could've been stocked a bit better with cooking essentials. All in all, a great little place!

You are not allowed to have music or talk on your phones at the pool. The sign says it's a quiet pool and that is expected. A resident stood by her car and made sure you didn't ding her doors and made sure you knew she was watching you for no reason. Not a family place. Perfect if you are a quiet couple older in age.

Beautiful and Peaceful

The property is so relaxing! Cleaning was good but not perfect but I am a neat freak and have a very high standard! Would be good for most people though. Everything you need is there! The beds are very comfortable and the place is really nice! Air conditioning was not a problem for us. We never used it, as there was a wonderful breeze coming in daily - It was amazing! Sunsets were perfection each evening and didn’t have to leave the house for them! Sunrises we’re just as beautiful! I love coming to Maui and a place to stay will make or break your vacation! This condo met 4/5 of my expectations but again neat and cleanliness (even furniture) is high for me!
