* Bathroom: The modernly renovated full bathroom features a beautiful glass walk-in shower and a double vanity. We provide a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion for your convenience.
* Kitchen: Your well-equipped kitchen comes with 2 stovetop burners (no oven), microwave, and toaster. Enjoy your morning coffee just the way you like it with both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig.

* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of linens, towels, toilet paper, and toiletries to get you settled. For extended stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

* Laundry: Paid washer and dryer facilities are available for your use on the `P` Level of the resort.

* Beach Gear: Beach umbrellas and chairs are not included but are available for rent seasonally. Please see the on-duty lifeguards on the beach to book them.

* Entertainment: Enjoy a collection of board games provided in the condo for a fun night in.

* Rental Agreement: You must complete our Rental Agreement within one hour of booking. This includes a mandatory non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers you for up to $1,000 in accidental damages and replaces a traditional security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation.

* Motorcycles, Trailers, and Golf Carts : not allowed on the resort property

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available. $200 Fee will be assessed to refresh the property if evidence of smoking is found.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be assessed if pets inhabit the unit during your stay as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy of 4 without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.

Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.
