The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a bright living area, where a comfortable sleeper sofa provides space for two additional guests. Both rooms are equipped with blackout curtains, so you can feel completely at home. Upon request, we can provide a crib and a high chair. The bathroom is modern and features a shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped and opens onto a small dining area that invites you to linger and cook together. The large balcony, furnished with cozy furniture, also offers the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

In the spacious garden, you can enjoy the peace and quiet to the fullest. A barbecue area, along with various seating and lounging options, ensures that you can spend your free time surrounded by nature. A parking space is located directly in front of the house, ensuring a convenient and stress-free arrival. A secure storage area for your bicycles is available behind the house. Complex:

Located in a prime location, just 200 m from the promenade and the beach, the “Solaris” apartment building is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Grömitz. It’s just a few steps to the town center!

The vacation complex consists of a spacious two-story vacation home with 3 bathrooms and 17 separate apartments in the main building.

Each apartment features a bright, nearly new shower room and a modern built-in kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. All apartments are non-smoking and have their own balcony or terrace.

Accessibility:
There is an elevator in the building housing the individual apartments. A special feature is the separate, lockable, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor. This bathroom is open to the public and can be used by all guests staying in the vacation apartments. The door is 70 cm wide.

You can relax in the spacious guest garden with beach chairs and seating areas; grills are available for rent. In the basement, there is a coin-operated sauna that runs on 0.50 € coins. A laundry room is also available; 0.50 € coins are required for this as well.

A private parking space on the property is reserved for your car (the vacation home even has two parking spaces).
