Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Apartments Service Office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

Current Notice: Renovation work (painting and sanding) is currently underway in the hallway and under the arcades, which may cause occasional noise. In addition, the sauna is currently unavailable. The work is expected to be completed in November 2026.

Here you’ll find a 49-square-meter two-room apartment for up to 4 people in a quiet cul-de-sac location. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building.

Upon entering the building, take the elevator to the third floor, where you’ll find the completely renovated apartment. A combined living/dining room with an integrated kitchenette awaits you. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sleeper sofa (approx. 200x200 cm) as well as a large, modern flat-screen TV. The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 80x200 cm) and a second TV. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need for your daily hygiene routine (toilet, sink, mirror, shower, hair dryer, heated towel rack). The entryway/hallway area features additional built-in closets with plenty of storage space. You can enjoy the sunset on the large south-facing balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture. From the balcony, you can look out over the rooftops of Grömitz and enjoy the distant view of the Baltic Sea.

This vacation rental includes an underground parking space in Building A (max. clearance height 200 cm). A travel crib is available on-site for younger guests.

For shared use, your apartment building features a sauna (for a fee), a table tennis room, a bike storage room, a sun deck, a tennis court, and a children’s playground. In addition, there is a washing machine and a dryer in the building’s basement, which can be used for a fee.

Please note that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

From there, walk along the pedestrian zone—lined with various restaurants and shops—to reach the beach in Grömitz. Directly from the apartment, it’s about 20 minutes/1.6 km to the Grömitz pier.
