Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in this colorful 43 m² ground-floor vacation rental, just a few steps from the beach. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and also warmly welcomes your dog.

The cozy bedroom features a double bed, while a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area provides two additional sleeping spots. Both rooms can be completely darkened to ensure you get a restful night’s sleep. Upon request, we’ll provide a crib and a high chair free of charge. The bathroom features a modern shower.

The vacation rental includes a well-equipped kitchenette with an adjacent dining area, as well as a spacious balcony with comfortable patio furniture. In addition, the spacious guest garden, complete with a grill and a variety of seating and lounging options, invites you to relax and unwind. Here, your vacation will be a truly rejuvenating experience!

A parking space is located right next to the house. Bicycles you bring with you can be parked behind the house. The sauna can be used upon request for a fee.

Complex:

In a prime location, just 200 m from the promenade and the beach, the “Solaris” apartment building is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Grömitz. It’s just a few steps to the town center!

The vacation complex consists of a spacious two-story vacation home with 3 bathrooms and 17 separate apartments in the main building.

Each apartment features a bright, nearly new shower room and a modern built-in kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. All apartments are non-smoking and have their own balcony or terrace.

Accessibility:
There is an elevator in the building housing the individual apartments. A special feature is the separate, lockable, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor. This bathroom is open to the public and can be used by all guests staying in the vacation apartments. The door is 70 cm wide.

You can relax in the spacious guest garden with beach chairs and seating areas; grills are available for rent. In the basement, there is a coin-operated sauna that runs on €0.50 coins. A laundry room is also available; this also requires €0.50 coins.

A private parking space on the property is reserved for your car (the vacation home even has two parking spaces).
