Important Policies:
• Commercial activities and professional video recording are not permitted
• A $1,500 security deposit is required prior to arrival
• An additional $1000 deposit may apply for local bookings, last-minute reservations (within 7 days), or shorter stays
• Security deposits must be paid via approved methods (no credit cards)
• Non-compliance with house rules may result in loss of deposit

Smoking Policy:
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $750 fee will apply, along with any additional costs for damages or reservation disruptions caused by smoke odors.

Pool Heating:
Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Please note that heaters may not operate when outdoor temperatures fall below 65°F.

Security Deposit & House Policies

A refundable $1,500 security deposit is required prior to your arrival. This deposit is to ensure that all house rules are followed and that no damage occurs during your stay.

**Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property**

Please note that any violation of house rules may result in a partial or full loss of your security deposit, depending on the situation.

Additional Deposits:
In certain cases, an extra refundable deposit will be required:

Local bookings
Last-minute reservations (bookings made within 7 days of check-in)
Short stays (2-night bookings)

The additional deposit amount is based on the size of the home:

$500 for homes with 5 bedrooms or fewer
$1,000 for homes with more than 5 bedrooms

Please note that security deposits must be paid using an approved method other than a credit card.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 3 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am

4. A fee of $1,000 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
