Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully explore the Telluride area and surrounding trailheads. The home offers ample on-site parking for up to 5 vehicles between the garage and driveway. For those looking to visit the town center or Mountain Village, the free gondola and local shuttle services are a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note the Gondola may be shut down for seasonal or any maintenance outside of our control.
