⭐ We highly recommend Ofir and Ori's apartment!! We were five people (three children) in the apartment for four nights. The apartment is located right in front of the sea. There is an amazing view out to sea and along the coastline. The apartment has a large balcony with a hot tub that can accommodate an entire family, overlooking the sea. And it is located two minutes from the Bat Yam boardwalk.

The apartment is huge and very comfortable. There is a master unit with a shower, toilet, and closet room. And four more bedrooms and two bathrooms and another shower. Plenty, plenty of room for everyone... The safe room was a real treat these days for a family coming from a home without a safe room. The apartment was spotless and very cozy when we arrived. Ofir and Oriann were available for anything we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay.

The apartment comes with parking, and the entire check-in and check-out process is very convenient with the parking lot and the elevators. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, and there is a dining area both inside the apartment and on the balcony facing the sea. We will definitely come back! -Guest review March 2026

Other Things to Note:

1. The price indicated on the website is for tourists / foreign residents. Without the tourist visa permit, an additional VAT of 18% will be charged on the total booking price. We will not be able to release the full arrival instructions without this payment.

For tourists to avoid this charge, please provide the following:

- Non-Israeli passport

- B2 entry permit (blue or green small note from the airport)

- The reservation name and photo must match the passport and entry permit.



2. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this.



3. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray.



4. Parties - The apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.



5. Age Requirement – The minimum age requirement for this property is 30 years old. Reservations that do not meet this requirement may be canceled.
