One of the highlights of the property is the private garden and outdoor living area overlooking the saltwater pool. Guests can relax on the patio, enjoy a morning coffee surrounded by greenery, or unwind by the pool in a quiet natural setting.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the main and upper levels of the home, including all five bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, as well as the designated patio, garden, pool, and outdoor seating areas.



Guests have their own entrance and do not share indoor living spaces with the host or other occupants.

The street itself forms a small U-shaped road that ends at the creek, which means there is very little through traffic, making the area especially quiet and relaxing.



Despite the peaceful setting, the home is still conveniently located close to everyday amenities. Within a short drive, guests can find grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and local shopping areas. Major shopping destinations such as Coquitlam Centre are also easily accessible.

There are separate private areas on the property, including the basement and a private workspace at the rear of the property, which are not part of the guest rental.



These areas have separate entrances and may occasionally be used by the host or members of the host’s family. They are independent from the guest living areas.



There are no shared indoor living spaces, and the host and family members do not enter the guest living areas during your stay.



This arrangement allows guests to enjoy their own space and privacy throughout their stay while assistance remains available if needed.



Quiet Residential Setting



The home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of our neighbors, particularly during evening hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



No Smoking



Smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are not permitted anywhere inside the home or on the property.



No Parties or Events



Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. The home is intended for registered overnight guests and peaceful residential stays.



Maximum Occupancy



The home accommodates a maximum of 8 registered guests, including children, unless otherwise approved in advance.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect our guests’ privacy and aim to provide a comfortable and relaxed stay. Most guests prefer a self-check-in experience and independent stay, and we are happy to offer that.



However, we are always available if assistance is needed. Guests can easily reach us through the Airbnb messaging system, and we do our best to respond promptly to any questions during the stay.



The host may occasionally be present on the property in a separate private workspace located in the backyard, but this area is completely independent from the guest space. Guests can enjoy the home privately without interruption.



If guests need recommendations for local restaurants, transportation, or nearby attractions, we are always happy to help and share local suggestions.
